The Tonifying Kidney And Promoting Blood Circulation And Resolving Phlegm Method In Treatment Of Stroke After Mild Cognitive Impairment Clinical Study

Purpose: This study applied the tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation byremoving the phlegm on the stroke of mild cognitive impairment of kidney essence deficiency,phlegm stasis. In patients with TCM interventions, with Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA), ability of daily living scale (ADL) and traditional Chinese medicine coresymptoms score in the evaluation of therapeutic effect. In order to through this research,validation of" tonifying the kidney promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm" is aneffective method in treating this disease, vascular dementia in the primary prevention ofsearching for new ways of.Method: Using a randomized controlled methods, selection of the Affiliated Hospital ofChangchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and outpatient therapy in patients whomet the inclusion criteria in60patients, randomly divided into test group and control group.The experimental group was given compound Cistanche yizhi capsule, a control group ofnimodipine tablets. Administration group and control group the course of treatment was6months,, and carries on the related scale.Result: Two groups after6months of treatment, the experimental group and the controlgroup (MoCA and comparison of curative effect of TCM core symptoms), the totalefficiency and significant efficiency, comparison of the two groups was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05), described in the improvement of MOCA integral, the experimentalgroup and the control group showed no difference in the traditional Chinese medicine coresymptoms; and ADL score comparison, the treatment group within group comparisons werestatistically significant (P <0.05), the control group comparison within groups had nostatistical significance (P>0.05); two groups of comparison between groups was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05). In the improvement of ability of daily life of patients with coresymptoms and traditional Chinese medicine has obvious curative effect, the test group wasbetter than the control group. To show the application of Tonifying the kidney promotingblood circulation and resolving phlegm in treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke,may improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with.Conclusion: Suggestive of renal insufficiency after stroke is a mild cognitive impairment is the key pathogenesis, kidney essence deficiency, phlegm stagnation. Thisdisease is the main syndromes, tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation andresolving phlegm is mild cognitive impairment after stroke treated with basic treatmentprinciples.
