Theoretical Research On Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment System Of Complex Diseases Based On Synopsis Of The Golden Chamber

Objective:By studying the classic of miscellaneous diseases "synopsis of the Golden Chamber",the connotation,causes,common types,coping ideas and methods of "cause,mechanism,syndrome and treatment" of intractable complex diseases in clinical treatment were explored,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:This paper uses the research method of theoretical discussion,through literature collation,medical records collection,analysis and summary of complex diseases in the "cause,mechanism,syndrome,treatment" and other aspects of complex connotation,mining complex laws,summarizing the establishment of complex types,and exploring the coping ideas.Results:1.Miscellaneous diseases(syndromes)have different meanings in ancient and modern times,not all of them are complex diseases.2.Complex diseases exist widely in clinic,which have been explained from different angles by doctors of all ages.It mainly focuses on the analysis and discussion of miscellaneous diseases,two senses,combined diseases and combined diseases,bad diseases and changing syndromes,refractory diseases and difficult diseases,concurrent diseases(syndromes),chronic diseases and so on.Although it is difficult to unify the understanding of diseases,it is undeniable that they are objective understanding of complex diseases,and there is a problem of "name and reality".3.It analyzes that the background of complex disease research is based on the objectivity of clinical needs and the change of medical model,summarizes the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of complex diseases,and realizes that it is necessary to return to the local environment of traditional Chinese medicine and the original theory of traditional Chinese medicine.4.Through the research,it is considered that the reasons for the dilemma of clinical diagnosis and treatment of complex diseases mainly include the following aspects:(1)determined by the characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment system,the internal and external judgment of the Department and the overall review are more dependent on the subjective understanding of the doctor;(2)the human body from the perspective of TCM is an organism,with open,constant and complex characteristics;(3)the theory of TCM has systematic characteristics;(4)diseases
