Dahui Zonggao is the main representative figure of sinicization of Buddhism at the turn of North and South Song dynasty.As the father of Linji reinstating and a key figure in the history of Zen thoughts,Zen master of ZongGao founded"seeing words Zen”emphasizing the unity of Zen teaching and mutual understanding between Buddhism and Confucianism.By using the research methods of"interpreting thoughts with history","thinking and testifying with history" and Buddhism hermeneutics,focusing on related Buddhist classics,writings of the patriarch and related research materials,this paper systematically combs and studies the origin,content and the system of revising certificates of Zen master Zonggao's "seeing words and meditations",the formation and characteristics of mind and thoughts,Hua Yan's thoughts and the mutual view of Buddhism and Confucianism.The first chapter mainly discusses the background of the era and the parallel history of Da Hui Zonggao was in the two Songs that were deeply influenced by the"Shame of Jing Kang" and the culture was in a period of profound transformation.The Zen Buddhism of the Song Dynasty,in the context of the Song Dynasty's limited support policy for Buddhism and the gradual decline of other Buddhist Buddhism,the internal integration of Buddhist Buddhism and the Zen Buddhism,with a view to the meditation of Zen Buddhism;Taoism strives for the integration of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism,and thus achieves relatively rapid development.As the representative of Linjizong of the two Song dynasties,Zongao Zen chapter mainly discusses Dahui Zonggao's Kanhua Chan thoughts and its practice methods.Both Wenzi Chan and Kanhua Chan have common background,namely Zen case-solving(Gong-an).The former is based on studying Zen Huatou which is from Zen master's "asking and replying" in Zen case-solving(Gong-an),and the latter develops Nian-ku,Song-gu and Ping-chang,etc..Their common purpose is for enlightenment(Yi-Wu-Wei-Ze)and belonged to "pointing to the moon"(Zhi-Yue-Zhi-Zhi).But we must explain that Kanhua Chan is from critics of Wenzi Chan,and it's practice methods are also based on this critics.Kanhua Chan's thinking system is phasing to enter into each other,harmony and symbiosis.Zen Huatou ensures the structure of Kanhua Chan,and is the source of the Doubtful Moon(Yi-Qing)which is the core of Kanhua Chan's practicing system and bridge between Belief(Xin)and Enlightenment(Wu),namely Belief(Xin)is root of Doubt(Yi),and Doubt(Yi)is using of Enlightenment(Wu).The Doubtful Moon(Yi-Qing)is originated in the lifting and tearing Zen Huatou at any time(Shi-Shi-Ti-Si),through the use of Nothing Mind(Wu-Suo-De's mind)suppresses Five Minds(Wu-Xin)and abandon Eight Shall Not(Ba-Bu-De).The process of lifting and tearing Zen Huatou is also the process of cutting off living and dying's mind and implementing enlightenment.Especially we think that temporary enlightenment(Kai-Wu)could not be fundamental enlightenment,and the latter must be established deeper practice.The third chapter mainly discusses the history of Mo-Zhao-Chan and Zen master Zonggao's critics.In this chapter,we comb and investigate the background,rheology,characteristics and attitude of Zen Buddhism of Zonggao to Mo-Zhao-Chan,and Kanhua Chan is also from the critic towards Mo-Zhao-Chan.Seeing in Kanhua Chan is an way of introspective fastidious and observing our daily life,and Zhao in Mo-Zhao-Chan has a sense of contemplation,but more importantly is Still no worries,Taking rest of body and mind,and anything unlicensed.And its nature is Prajnaparamita sight.So,from the perspective of prajna's Kong meaning,Seeing and Zhao have greater communication possibilities and common nature while not the same name.The emergence and development of Mo-Zhao-Chan and Kanhua Chan are naturally that many Zen ancestors of Zen Buddhism hope to attract more Confucian scholars practicing Chanln in order to revitalize Zongmen and cure Zen diseases,and have the common purpose for enlightenment(Yi-Wu-Wei-Ze).The fourth chapter mainly discusses Dahui Zonggao's mind and nature thoughts.From the ontological point of view,Zen master Zonggao proposed "the mind is the Buddha",emphasizing "the fan who enlightened the holy",and then recognized "the mind is the Buddha".From the point of view of spiritual practice,Zen master Zonggao put forward "no intention is the way",and stressed that seeing the word not stopped is an important way to prove the idea of "no intention".From the perspective of liberation theory,Zen master Zonggao proposed " mind-mind peace sleep",and pointed out that self-study and self-verification of since the enlightenment were necessary to realize the self-consciousness of this sleep.The fourth chapter mainly discusses Dahui Zonggao's thought of mind and nature.In Zonggao's thought of mind and nature,the Mind Body contains the present and reality mind in Huineng Zen's thought,the pure heart of Tathagatagarbha in Zen five ancestor's thought,and Dharmadhatu true heart in the Hua-yen school.So,the Mind Body of Zongao's thought has Yi-Xin-Fa-Jie meaning,namely Self-cleaning Round Body(Zi-Xing-Qing-Ming-Yuan-Jue-Ti).Based on this view,Zen Master Zonggao put forward the idea that "The Heart is the Buddha"(Ji-Xin-Ji-Fo),and thought that all Buddhahood from our Self-Mind,stressed the difference between Buddha and sentient beings was confused and enlightenment.From the perspective of zen practice,deeply affected by the "unintentional cooperation with Tao" in Farong's thought,Zonggao stressed that "Intentional is the Tao" and thought if people's realm achieved the degree of "unmotivated",they would be comrade Buddha road,and becoming Buddha in one mind.At the same time,Zen Master Zonggao also pointed out seeing Wu Zi Huatou is important method of recognition "Intentional is the Tao".From the point of view of liberation theory,Zen master Zonggao had proposed the"Heart-feeling" and pointed out that people must be self-reliant and self-certified.Chapter five mainly discusses Hua Yan's thoughts in Dahui Zonggao's Zen method.Zen master Zonggao stood in the position of Zen Buddhism and made an overall interpretation of the connotation of Hua Yan legal world.On the basis of discussing the related teachings and basic concepts of Hua Yan Jing and Hua Yan zong,Zen master Zongao combed the Zen thoughts of Hua Yan patriarch including Chengguan and Zongmi,and made a necessary review of the evolution of Hua Yan thoughts in Zen by taking Yongming Yanshou and Yuanwu Keqin as examples.Through the creative interpretation of Hua Yan's realm and Zen realm,Zen master Zonggao devotes himself to the communication between them.Under the common context of Zen Buddhism and Hua Yan's "mind and Buddha are two",Zen master Zonggao's mind and mind thoughts also have obvious Hua Yan's characteristics.The sixth chapter mainly studies the isomorphism view of Confucianism and Buddhism which Buddhism master Dahui Zonggao aided Confucianism into Buddhism and absorbed Confucianism by Buddhism.No matter his friendship with Confucianism and doctor groups represented by Zhang Jiucheng,Zhang jun and Zhu Xi,or his tradition in Linji Yangqi Tradition,it is necessary for Zen master Zonggao to establish and perfect a theoretical discourse system of Confucianism and Zen isomorphism.This discourse system includes not only the isomorphism of righteousness and principle levels such as the mind-nature theory and time theory of Confucianism and Buddhism,but also the value integration between the secular ethical order with loyalty and filial piety as the core advocated by Confucianism and bodhi's initial heart to pursue liberation.The former is manifested as a kind of discourse isomorphism thought of "learning for the sake of Tao and one also",while the latter is manifested as a kind of value pursuit of "bodhicitta is loyalty and righteousness".
