A Research On The Training Outcome And Its Influential Factors Of MTCSOL On The Cross-strait

With the development of the cause of international Chinese language education,both sides of the Taiwan Strait are in urgent need of improving the training of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL)and improving the training outcome of MTCSOL.Based on affordance theory and through investigation and analysis,this research focuses on the training outcome and influential factors of MTCSOL’s on Cross-strait.Through literature review and interviews to investigate extract relevant indicators,21 universities from the first and second batches of universities for training MTCSOL in Chinese mainland and 13 universities in Taiwan China were selected.And through the exploratory factor and confirmatory factor analysis,the study compiled a training outcome scale,training environment scale,learning engagement scale and professional commitment scale with satisfactory reliability and validity.In this study,the collected questionnaire data were analyzed in detail by means of anova analysis,independent sample T test,structural equation model,multiple regression analysis and other mathematical analysis methods.The results of anova analysis shows that grade and practice are the important factors that affect students’ training outcome,grade and interest are the important factors that affect students’ learning engagement.and interest is the important factor that affects students’ professional commitment.Independent sample T test shows that there is no significant difference in the training outcome.training environment,learning engagement,professional commitment and their dimensions about the MTSCOL on the cross-strait.Structural equation model shows that six research hypotheses are confirmed.The training environment of the MTSCOL on both sides of the Taiwan Strait has a positive significant effect on the training outcome(total effect value of Chinese mainland and Taiwan China is 0.682 and 0.618).the professional commitment of MTSCOL on both sides of the Taiwan Strait has positive significant effects on its training outcome(total effect value of Chinese mainland and Taiwan China is 0.24 and 0.18),the learning engagement of MTSCOL on both sides of the Taiwan Strait has positive significant effects on its training outcome(the direct effect value of Chinese mainland and Taiwan China is 0.42 and 0.50),the training environment of MTSCOL on both sides of the Taiwan Strait has positive significant effects on its professional commitment(the direct effect value of Chinese mainland and Taiwan China is 0.59 and 0.49),the training environment of MTSCOL on both sides of the Taiwan Strait has positive significant effects on its learning engagement(the direct effect value of Chinese mainland and Taiwan China is 0.48 and 0.37),the professional commitment of MTSCOL on both sides of the Taiwan Strait has positive significant effects on its learning engagement(the direct effect value of Chinese mainland and Taiwan China is 0.1 7 and 0.32)Multiple regression analysis shows that there are 7 variables with significant predictive power for the training outcome of MTCOSL in Chinese mainland.in the order of microcosmic system environment,affective commitment,diversified learning,macroscopic system environment,supportive interpersonal relationship,study-faculty learning interaction and mesoscopic system environment,and the explanatory variable is 54.2%.And there are 5 variables with significant predictive power for the training outcome of MTCOSL in Taiwan China,sequence is a micro system environment.active cooperation learning,chronologic system environment and supportive interpersonal relationship and occupation career plan.which explained 43.9%variance respectivelyBased on the results of this study.we suggest that in the future,we should innovate the talent selection mechanism.attach importance to the stage education of students,deepen the practice system of MTCOSL.improve the training environment of students,enhance students’ interpersonal communication ability,attach importance to occupational career planning education and improve training program of MTCOSL and deepen the communication and cooperation in the training work of MTCOSL.
