Cross-cultural adaptation as a efficiency predictor of adaptation good or bad of expatriates, it has been widespread among scholars home and abroad in this field, through Cross-cultural adaptation literature analysis, and conducted six qualitative research of expatriates, and after conducted a quantitative study of 103 expatriates, this study try to study the relationship when use parts of demographic factors, cross-cultural training effectiveness, the host country language skills, multicultural personality as independent variables, cross-cultural adjustment as the dependent variable, life satisfaction and intention to return as early as the result variables of cross-cultural adaptation, the study draws the following conclusions:First, the expatriate group of international Chinese teachers has a good adaptation;Second, through a qualitative study, found that the impact factors of cross-cultural adaptation are including customs, work environment, learning attitude, language skills, their own feelings, personality, cross-cultural training, mental health level, cultural differences, living conditions, income, etc.Third, through the exploratory factor analysis, the cross-cultural training effectiveness questionnaire covering five factors, namely:the satisfaction to the training content, the satisfaction to the trainer, satisfaction to the training management, satisfaction to the training environment, and satisfaction to the job training. And parts of the five factors were significantly correlated. It contains 18 items in the inventory, each factor has at least three projects.Fourth, cross-cultural adaptation scores has no significant differences in education, work area and job content dimensions;Fifth, the correlation analysis results show that cross-cultural training in job training scores were significantly correlated to general adaptation, interpersonal adjustment, work adjustment scores; there is a significant interrelates correlation of the three dimensions; training scores significantly correlated to interpersonal adaptation scores; host language proficiency were significantly correlated to work adjustment scores; the openness scores of multicultural personality were significantly correlated to the interpersonal adaptation scores;Sixth, multiple regression analysis and path analysis found that the host country language skills, job training, emotional stability were effective predict factors to cross-cultural adaptation; life satisfaction is the effective result variable of cross-cultural adaptation, and intention to return as early were significantly negatively correlated to life satisfaction scores.
