Research On Productive Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Based On Ethical Perspective

This thesis takes "Research on the Productive Protection of Intangible cultural Heritage from the perspective of ethics" as the theme.This paper focuses on four parts: the explanation of the ethical construction of intangible cultural heritage productive protection,the analysis of the current ethical dilemma,the introduction of the tools of ethical analysis and the realization of the dimension of ethical regression.As the core of ethics or moral philosophy,"ethics" has a high frequency in personal and social life.Through etiquette,customs,folk customs,habits,etc.,ethics has shaped people's inner character and character from generation to generation.These traditional forms of cultural expression passed down through thousands of years are exactly the core content of intangible cultural heritage(hereinafter referred to as "intangible cultural Heritage").Therefore,in terms of the relationship between intangible cultural heritage and ethics,we should first make it clear that ethical and cultural context is a necessary prerequisite for promoting the study of intangible cultural heritage.On the other hand,the development of contemporary intangible cultural heritage will increasingly return to the human-oriented scale.The international community took the lead in using the ethical perspective and issued the Ethical Principles for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage to solve the problems encountered in the development of intangible cultural Heritage through the use of ethical tools.Then,what kind of ethical problems do China face in the process of intangible cultural Heritage production protection? To examine the issue of intangible cultural Heritage production protection from an ethical perspective,the author mainly considers the relationship between ethical norms and intangible cultural heritage protection behaviors,and analyzes the problems in the selection of intangible cultural heritage production,production subjects and the distribution of benefits,essentially analyzing the contradictions and conflicts in the interest cycle in the process of intangible cultural heritage protection.All kinds of problems in the process of production,such as what should be produced,by whom,and how to carry out the production,restrict the further development of China's intangible cultural heritage production protection.After sorting out these problems,this paper clarifies the relationship between ethics and intangible cultural heritage protection from two specific theoretical perspectives of development ethics and intergenerational ethics,and conducts a speculative research on the current situation of intangible cultural heritage protection from an ethical perspective.However,how to properly handle in a socialist country of heritage protection of the interests of the disputes in the problem,in the world does not provide a set of reference model,China in the intangible productive protection practice problems are universal,through the intangible production selection power,inheritance,innovation and profit distribution link on various kinds of problems for further discussion,try to put forward some advice to solve,for Chinese ethical perspective of productive protection sustainable development provides a feasible scheme.
