The Research On The Modern Management Value Of Ecological Ethics

Since modern times,the form of industrial civilization has not only provided an unprecedented driving force for the wave of economic globalization and technological innovative revolution,but also posed a severe challenge to the governance of ecological crisis.It means that the inherent tension of the relationship between man and nature constantly strengthens the awareness of ecological environment governance,the richness of governance content,the improvement of governance system and the progress of governance technical ability,and the ethical reflection or criticism actually bears the function of this strengthened internal ideal scale.Therefore,the thinking logic and action rules of ecological ethics have the ontological meaning of searching for social value in the change and development of the new era,and the ecological ethical value that modern management should present is the meaning of its topic.As we all know,there has always been a dispute between anthropocentrism and non-anthropocentrism in western ecological ethics since industrial civilization,and how to resolve the global ecological crisis under the thinking pattern of binary opposition between man and nature,the respect,protection,development and utilization of natural ecology is obviously an essential issue that determines the limit and progress of human survival and development.The theory and practice of modern management should adhere to the basic position of dialectical materialism to critically correct it,inherit and carry forward Chinese traditional ecological ethics under the guidance of Marx's ecological thought,and reasonably embed the values of ecological ethics,such as justice,equality,order,green and harmony,into the holistic governance framework of win-win cooperation among multiple subjects of modern management.This implies that the development of modern society should not only promote the gestalt transformation of people's ecological cognition,but also re-examine the harmonious symbiosis model between man and nature with the ecological thinking paradigm of symbiosis,mutual benefit and deep integration.At the same time,it should be in line with the core of ecological rationality to give ecological ethics concern to the construction of the rule of law in modern society,so that it can make overall use of ecological nature,ecological morality,sustainable development and technological guidance in the management functions of public decision-making,coordination,cooperation and supervision,so as to safeguard the overall and long-term interests of human beings with the value of ecological justice,and properly deal with the harmonious relationship between man and nature.Based on the examination of the theory of ecological ethics from the perspective of management value,this paper interprets the essence of the relationship between man and nature.Through a brief review of the history of modern management thought,this paper tries to reveal the theoretical dilemma of ecological ethics and form a value stipulation and orientation with practical influence through a brief review of the history of modern management thought to see through the evolution and logical relevance of the concept of ecological ethics and the value preference shown by its practical needs.The purpose of this paper is to provide the design basis for the ethical development direction of ecological holism,such as justice,equality,freedom and harmony,for the value choice of modern management,so as to speed up the construction process of ecological civilization.
