The Ideology Of Ecological Justice And Its Enlightenment For The Ecological Civilization Construction In China

Ecological justice is one of the focus areas at the forefront of philosophy, which means the steering of ecological philosophy research. The issue of ecological justice broadens the new area of research of man to man and human and nature, and it also deepens the current reflection and solution on social ecological issues.This paper is based on abundant literature and starts with the current situation of ecological problems home and abroad. Through describing the background, diversion, and development of ecological justice, the paper considers that the core of ecological justice is the relation between human and nature and it is the reflection on the value of human and nature, whose essence is the allocation of ecological resources and obligation. The research mainly analyzed three dimensions of ecological justice, including generational justice, which refers to that people living in different regions all have the right to enjoy natural and ecological resources, same living conditions and equal rights to pursue development and gain social welfare, and their corresponding responsibility to protect the environment, intergenerational justice, which focuses on the ecological rights future generations possess and demands that contemporary generation maintain the integrity, diversity and sustainability when enjoying their ecological rights, and inter-species justice, which emphasizes on justice and harmony between human beings and other creatures on this planet, and it also revealed the injustice of human and nature, human to human, human and descendant. The paper considers that the reason of ecological injustice is the disproportionate share of responsibility, and it aims at proposing that the key solution is realizing the Ecological distributive justice.This paper is based on the analysis of ecological justice which combing the current status of China, proposing that the final aim of ecological civilization of our country is the realization of ecological justice. The paper also put forward some solutions to solve the problem which has guiding significance to ecological civilization.
