Regional coordinated development is a major strategic orientation of China.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed "implementing a regional coordinated development strategy" and"establishing a more effective new mechanism for regional coordinated development." Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on establishing a more effective new mechanism for regional coordinated development promoting regional coordinated development to a higher level and higher quality.However,for a long time,both at the national level and the regional level have faced the major challenge of "uncoordinated,unbalanced,and unsustainable".Regional coordinated development has become a practical need for high-quality development in China.The implementation of the regional coordinated development strategy is "Implementing new development concepts and building a modern economic system" is an important support.How to coordinate the development of regional economic development,social progress,environmental protection,and resource utilization through regional coordinated development,orderly and free flow of elements between regions,effective restriction of main functions,equal basic public services,and sustained bearing of resources and environment The new development pattern has become a real problem to be solved urgently in the current regional development.The human-land relationship is the impact of human activities on the geographical environment(natural environment)and the feedback of the geographical environment(natural environment)to human activities.It includes the interaction of multi-functional geographical environment and multi-level human activity subjects,mutual penetration and bidirectional Generation;regional coordination means that under the given conditions and environment,development formation of a new pattern of regional coordinated development,improve the coordination and balance of development,and achieve differentiated and coordinated development with complementary advantages.However,due to its inherent "core-periphery" spatial structure,the development in the region is quite different,and it is typical,urgent,and global to accelerate the promotion of regional coordinated development.After the reform and opening up,the social and economic development in the province has been rapid,and the interaction between spatial competition and cooperation between various cities has become closer.Overall,the coupling between economic development,social progress,environmental protection and resource utilization in various regions has gradually increased.However,the coupling degree of mountainous areas is lower than that of coastal areas;the ability of coordinated development in different regions is gradually increasing,but the level of coordinated development among regions is gradually increasing.The level of coordinated development in the Pearl River Delta region is significantly higher than that in the peripheral areas of the province.The problem of uneven development has also become more prominent.Therefore,as China's strongest economy province,Guangdong needs to deeply implement the national regional coordinated development strategy,to optimize the innovation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and strengthen the support of Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao and the northeast of the region,especially the regional development.In terms of space policy regulation,Guangdong has to carry out innovations in systems and mechanisms to break through the coordinated economic and social development of the late-coming regions,the sustainable use of resources and the environment,and the new pattern of industrialization and urbanization,and took the lead in building a new space for coastal economic development that integrates land and sea and integrates land and sea.This study takes Guangdong Province as a case,on the basis of sorting out the regional evolution laws of its human-land relationship,constructs an evaluation model and establishes an evaluation system,measures the spatial and temporal differentiation of regional development coordination,explores the regulation mechanism of its regional coordinated development and proposes optimization The policy recommendations for regulation and control are scientific practices for effectively promoting coordinated regional development.This study has 7 chapters:Chapter 1,Introduction.Proceeding from the real problems and theoretical demands of regional development imbalances and human-land space contradictions,the theoretical and practical significance of the research in this paper is put forward,and the academic value and practical significance of carrying out the research on the spatial coordination of human-land relations in Guangdong Province are clarified.The research content and research methods are explained,the overall structural arrangement is established,and the research technical route is clarified.Chapter 2,related theories and research progress.This chapter analyzes the basic concepts of human-land relationship,regional coordination,and control mechanism involved in this article,defines the research objects,and relevant theories on human-land relationship coordination,regional development planning,industrial space layout,urbanization and public services,resource and environmental carrying capacity,etc.then systematic review rand review and comment on existing research results was carried out at home and abroad.Chapter 3,research area,evaluation model and index system.Introduce the overview of the research area from the aspects of physical geography and social economy,explain the reasons for the division and selection of the research area,and introduce the data sources and data processing methods of this article.On this basis,construct evaluation models and indicator systems for regional comprehensive development and coordinated development,explain the specific significance of each indicator and use the entropy method to determine the size of its influence weight.Chapter 4,the study on the regional differentiation of man-land relationship in Guangdong Province.Combining qualitative and quantitative research,the evolution law of regional human-land relationship in Guangdong Province is sorted from the time dimension,and the economic development,social progress,environmental protection and resource utilization and comprehensive development of different regions are analyzed from the two spatial dimensions of prefecture-level cities and four major regions.The situation further analyzes the spatial laws and characteristics of the relationship between people and land in Guangdong from four aspects of economy,society,environment and resources,and explores the spatial and temporal structure of the relationship between people and land in Guangdong.Chapter 5,the spatiotemporal measurement of regional development coordination in Guangdong Province.On the basis of the previous research,evaluate the spatial and temporal distribution of the coupling degree and coordination degree of internal economic development,social progress,environmental protection and resource utilization in different regions of Guangdong Province,build a spatial coordination evaluation index system and spatial measurement
