Research On Interaction Between Cultural Industry And Regional Economic Growth In Shaanxi Province Based On Coupling Model

Since years of 2013,China's the economic growth rate slows down to 8% and steps into new constant described as the "three superimposed" status,some provinces and autonomous regions are suffered serious economic regression.For solving the structural contradictions and obstacles those imposed by economical system,China's economic growth model needs to be changed in a strategic way,that is,relying on the new industries represented by cultural industries,increasing the efficiency of the tertiary industry's contribution to the national economy,optimizing the internal structure of the three industries,stimulating the development potential of the national economy and promoting the coordinated development of the whole economy and society.Cultural development provides a powerful driving force for economic growth and increases the cultural connotation of economic development.meanwhile.the regional resources and environment provide an ideal place for the development of the cultural industry,realize its own value and innovation.Indicating that there is a close coupling between the cultural industry and the regional economy.Therefore,fully understanding of the interaction mechanism of cultural industry and economic growth and combing the internal logic of the interaction between the two industries will definitely contribute to the realization of China's economic social sustainable development.Based on the theory and research results of industrial economy,via combing the existing relevant theories and research results,from the perspective of industrial economics,according to the cultural industry economic characteristics and value creation mechanism,this article comprehensively analyzes the cultural industry in the process of regional economic development to promote the role of regional economic development,analysis of regional economic development for the cultural industry to provide material support.Taking Shaanxi Province as an example,combined with the present situation of Shaanxi economic and cultural industry development,the interaction between the two in practice.In this paper,the research details are as follows:(1)Studying the basic concepts and related theory.(2)Analyze and summarize the influencing factors of cultural industry and economic growth,and systematically analyze the interactive mechanism of culturalindustry and regional economic growth.(3)Analyze the economic situation and cultural development of Shaanxi.(4)Construct the evaluation system of cultural industry and regional economic growth respectively,and use quantitative analysis to evaluate the interaction between cultural industry and regional economy.(5)Put forward the existing problems and give corresponding countermeasures for the coupled and coordinated development of regional economic growth of Shaanxi cultural industry.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)From 2005 to 2010,the cultural industry system and economic system comprehensive evaluation index of Shaanxi Province are fluctuating rise,but from 2011 to 2014 such fluctuations show in the trend of decline,indicating that this year to Shaanxi Province cultural industry development and economic growth is weak,the whole way of development.(2)The value of Shaanxi's cultural and industrial systems and regional economic coupling coordination distributes between0.62-0.73,as primary coordination phase,indicating the coupling mechanism between cultural industry and regional economy has yet to be improved.(3)2005-2014 Shaanxi comprehensive economic evaluation index is slightly lower than the cultural industry,indicating that the economic development lags the cultural industry.Thus,improving the cultural market system,reforming the government management system,developing cultural industry development policy,giving full play to the cultural industry are necessary.
