A Study Of The Copy Structure Of Modern Chinese

Copying-Structure in modern Chinese means that the same syntactic component appears two times in different syntactic positions in the same structure,and lead to structural forms with structural meaning.Copying-structure is frequently used in Chinese.It is a distinctive form of syntactic structure.Based on large-scale corpus statistics,this paper discusses the copying-structure of modern Chinese with multiplane and multi angle research methods.First,it makes a distinction between "copy" and "duplication" and "overlap",and defines "copying-structure in Chinese",and lists the common copy structure forms in modern Chinese.Secondly,detailed analysis is made on the form and characteristics of copying-structure in modern Chinese.According to the structure of copy,the copy structure is divided into two types: bilateral frame type and unilateral frame type.The copy structure is mainly composed of four ways: topic copying,clause tightening,pair checking and semantic implicature.Third,we thoroughly discuss the characteristics,functions and causes of the copying structure in modern Chinese.The main features of the copying-structure have four aspects: the color of the spoken language,the poor independence of the structure,the most symmetrical structure,and the infinite arrangement.The functions of copying-structure in modern Chinese are examined from syntactic,semantic and pragmatic perspectives.There are four main reasons for the formation of copy structure in modern Chinese: the aim of subjective emphasis,the aesthetic psychology of symmetry,the economic principle of language and the high frequency of use.Fourth,starting from the form of copy structure,we analyze the structure of the same language.The typical identity structure of the Chinese community is mainly two categories:one is the judgment type"X+(adv)+shi(?)+X"structure,and the two is the concession"X shi(?)X"structure.A case study is carried out on the structure of the same language,"X jiushi(??)X"and"VP yeshi(??)VP".Fifth,we have observed the echo copying-structure of modern Chinese from the perspective of discourse cohesion.Echo copying structure is not only "X jiu(?)X" structure,concession meaning "X shi(?)X",but also a echo copying structure in communication.Sixth,from the perspective of topic,we analyze the copying topic structure.A case study is made on"V+ye/dou(?/?)+V"and"Vle+yejiu(??)+Vle".Seventh,starting from the internal semantics of the structure,the linkage structure of modern Chinese is analyzed.Modern Chinese interlocking structure is a syntactic structure with internal dependent relations."V1??+V2??"and"V??+suan(shi)??"are all connected structures of number phrases.Eighth,from the perspective of lexicalization,we analyze the fixed phrases of copying class.And a case study is made on "shuo(?)V jiu(?)V " and "da(?)V te(?)V".Ninth,the highest degree of copy structure is the copy idiom.A case study is made on copy idioms,"ge ding ge(???)"and"shei gen shei"(???).Tenth,summarizes the main points,innovations and shortcomings of the paper.
