Research On The Achievements Of Capitalist Mode Of Production In Modern China

In previous studies,the "two processes" of the proletariat against imperialism and feudalism were taken as the basic starting point and basic theoretical framework for the great changes in modern Chinese society.Since the 1950 s,the west has begun to study modern China in a real sense and has successively established "shock-response","tradition-modernity" and "China-centered" models.After the reform and opening up,the traditional paradigm of revolutionary history has aroused controversy,and the one-sided "Western-centered" and "China-centered" theories have been questioned.The "modernization" research paradigm to adapt to the needs of contemporary China’s reform and development is rising day by day.Based on the important historical node of comprehensively deepening the reform,the modernization research on the economic and social development of modern China still has great potential and value.On the basis of previous research results,this paper takes the development of capitalist mode of production in modern China as the research object,selects Marxist mode of production theory as the framework governing the whole text from point to surface,and specifically explains the development of capitalist mode of production in modern China from two dimensions of technical conditions(including production technology and labor quality)and social forms(including capital organization form,organization management and capital accumulation),and clarifies the historical context of great changes in modern China from the resultant force formed by the interaction of the two,so as to break through the existing point-line research in the academic circle.From the outside to the inside,the direct progressive effect of capitalist mode of production in modern China and its positive influence are expounded around the internal interaction mechanism between technological conditions and social forms.This paper summarizes the experience and lessons of the Chinese revolution from the perspective of examining the development of the capitalist mode of production in modern China,so as to avoid politicizing and scholarly the experience and thoughts of the proletarian revolution.This article takes the first opium war in 1840 as the starting point and the outbreak of the may 4th movement in 1919 as the lower time limit.First of all,briefly review the historical process of capitalist mode of production in modern China from gestation to creation to tortuous development.Then,the development of capitalist mode of production in modern China is analyzed based on the changes and characteristics of the technological conditions and social forms of government-run enterprises and private enterprises respectively.Finally,it points out that the main reason for the development of capitalist mode of production in modern China is the gradual evolution of technological conditions and social forms from early direct combination to two-way interaction in modern enterprise and social production.Technical conditions and social forms combine together to form a dynamic structure with internal organic connections.The logical approach of their interaction is as follows: on the one hand,the introduction of technology promotes the birth of industrial workers,the spread of technology expands the scale of industrial workers,and the progressive advancement of technology promotes the union of industrial workers;On the other hand,the form of capital organization triggers the application of technology,scientific management improves labor productivity,and capital accumulation stimulates technological innovation.According to this,the main research conclusion and the core point of view of this article are as follows:capitalist mode of production has made certain development and relatively progressive in modern China,which directly promoted the birth and growth of the proletariat,and to a certain extent laid the social productive forces conditions for modern China to defeat feudal mode of production.Under specific social and economic conditions,modern China coexists with the development and non-development of capitalist mode of production.On the one hand,capitalist mode of production continues to develop and grow,on the other hand,traditional mode of production widely exists.In fact,it is the coexistence of the two states that makes the development of capitalist mode of production in a special stage,and the fact of its development is easily concealed by the social contradictions under the traditional feudal system.It is precisely because of the coexistence of the two states that the capitalist mode of production is a historical progress and a new thing that should be supported and affirmed.It is precisely because of the coexistence of the two states that the development of capitalist mode of production is extremely slow and difficult,and it is necessary to eliminate feudal remnants for the full development of capitalist mode of production.It is precisely because of the coexistence of the two conditions,the low degree of production mechanization,the low organic composition of capital,and the urgent need for cheap labor to replace mechanized operations that the working class is highly concentrated.It is precisely because the coexistence of the two states has brought serious economic exploitation,long working hours and cruel political oppression to the laborers that the proletariat has awakened its will to resist completely and raised its practical awareness of tenacious struggle.It is precisely because of the coexistence of the two states that the bourgeoisie in modern China is weak and incompetent and that the Communist Party of China should play a leading role in the new democratic revolution.It is precisely because of the coexistence of the two states that modern Chinese capitalism will continue to move towards the reactionary opposite and scientific socialism will further reach the hearts of the people.The long-term existence and continuous influence of capitalist mode of production,marked by industrialization and commercialization,is a reality in China.Changing the traditional capitalist mode of production is a historic subject of social transformation and economic modernization in contemporary China.Starting from historical reasons,this paper scientifically summarizes the historical experience of China’s modernization trend,forms a historical mirror for contemporary socialist economic construction,rationally examines the similarities and differences between socialist market economy and other market economic models,and deepens the understanding of the regularity of contemporary China’s economic development.On this basis,it is proposed that the way forward of socialism with Chinese characteristics should unswervingly adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.In-depth understanding of the new development concept,adhere to the people as the center,promote social fairness and justice,improve the well-being of the people,adhere to the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,protect the ecological environment,and promote green development.While strengthening the superiority of the socialist system,we will continue to release the vitality of the market in allocating resources,push the market economy model to a new level and height,and further promote the efficient and high-quality development of the socialist modernization drive with Chinese characteristics.
