The Advaita Vedanta, which is represented by Sankara is one of the six orthodox philosophical systems in India. It still has a wide range of influence on the mainstream society and life practice in India today. With the prevalence of a worldwide movement, yoga, vedanta's thoughts have entered the world again, and have gradually influenced China's academic community and yoga community.Hence the analysis of Sankara's advaita vedanta has important academic and practical values to fill up a certain degree of gap in academic theory and provide theoretical support for the practice in the sinicization of yoga in China, through the clarification of the form, philosophical structure and practical significance of Sankara's advaita vedanta, the clarification of the core ideological connotations of "aham brahmasmi",and the explanation of his practical path of“discrimination",especially the application of "no perception" in distinguished meditation. This article comprehensively uses literature analysis and philosophical comparative research methods to analysis Sankara's most important text,Brahma-sutra-bhasya,combined with the supplementary from other important texts such as the Sankara's commentary on the upanisads and other textual materials. This article put focus on "human",and closely follow "life" as a core,to analyze and dissect concepts such as "Self(atman)" and "brahman","self(jiva)","maya","ignorance(avidya)","triguna","discrimination(viveka)" and "non-perception(anupalabdh)" from themes such as the essence of life, the creation of consciousness, the alienation of life, purpose and practice. This article has annotated the scriptures with sutras, and thus entered the Sanskrit text of Brahma Sutra. With the combination of academic achievements of Chinese and foreign scholars, this article managed to reveal the thinking pattern, core concept, and philosophical structure of the Sankara's advaita vedanta, and restore its original thought. All of Sankara's philosophical system and practical norms are based on the two concepts of "atman" and "brahman".These two important concepts can both be divided into two levels. For atman,it is divided into "jiva" and "atman";for brahman,it is divided into "saguna brahman" and "nirgun.a brahman".Among which,"nirgun.a brahman" is base on "saguna brahman" and transcends the sattva attributes of the trigun.as to achieve infinity and eternal, that which is regarded as the only Ultimate Reality of the universe. And in order to achieve the "aham brahmasmi",which is the most lofty goal of life,Sankara has standardized two approaches to distinguish"(nirguna)brahman".One is to start from the triguna(maya)to "saguna brahman",that is,through the "empirical reality" to finally arrives at"nirguna brahman",another starts from the individual self to the greater Self, and finally directly comprehend the brahman. The second approach emphasizes the use of meditation, samadhi and other yoga practice methods, using "non-perception",etc.,to distinguish the relationship between the jiva, the atman and the brahman, and to realize that awareness level of the brahman is the Self, the promoter of the world, and the empirical reality manifested by maya is the constitutional cause of the world, thus realizing that the noumenon power and the material are combined into one, that is,the ultimate "brahman".Base on the investigation of the logic of Sankara's philosophical system, this article has taken the practice of "discrimination" as the core propose of life, combined with the yoga concepts from Swami Vami Vivekananda's "Raja Yoga",and taken "life" as its key, tried to innovate and put forward the idea of "you and me are one".And finally has established an inclusive life management framework based on veddnta's core concept of "non-dual",to respond the actual needs and provide theoretical support for the practice of the sinicization of yoga in China during contemporary times.
