This study comes from two issues in China's work-unit welfare Transformation:one is the institutional and technical tendency at the theoretical level.The majority of studies focus on the work-unit welfare system transformation,tend to establish a structural interpretation of welfare transformation as the goal,but lacking in-depth exploration of the cultural causes and the motivation of work-unit welfare construction.The second is the mechanism failure and insufficient response in the practice of work-unit welfare transformation.It has rapidly promoted the deployment in terms of system and management system,while ignoring the perception and construction of the cultural and psychological level of the work-unit community,resulting in the loss of the sense of community participation and community consciousness.At present,a series of problems and situations in the work-unit community are essentially spatial problems.The spatial analysis of the development of the work-unit welfare culture is not only a new perspective and dimension,but also a new way to understand the welfare culture and related concepts.The study selected a large refining and chemical enterprise and its community with closed space,complete work-unit welfare appearance and relative stability of community members in the work-unit welfare transformation,chose to learn from Michael Burawoy's "extended case method",and focused on the construction process and production mechanism of welfare culture space through empirical research on this case,This paper discusses the construction process of welfare culture space and the production mechanism of welfare culture,so as to provide ideas and directions for the transformation from work-unit welfare to social community welfare in the future.This study raises and attempts to answer the following questions.First,how is it possible to understand welfare culture from the perspective of social space?What is the level and construction process of welfare culture space?What is the ecological connection of the spatial level of welfare culture?Is work-unit welfare based on a certain Chinese social and cultural foundation and value consensus?Second,what is the production mechanism of welfare culture space from the perspective of social space?What trend should its development conform to?This study establishes the interpretation framework of welfare culture space at the three levels of state,work-unit and community.Welfare culture constitutes the collective rationality and cultural consensus of the dialectical interaction of space at all levels,as well as the cultural consciousness system as a theoretical consciousness.How to deal with the three levels of welfare culture space:state,work-unit and community,and how to understand the changes in the relationship between individuals and welfare culture space,in fact,constitute the problem consciousness of current welfare culture.After looking back at the patterns and changes of welfare cultural space at different levels,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)The direct involvement of state power in the production of welfare culture has its historical necessity and inevitability.As the leading Party of social space,it is necessary for the state to try to guide and guide the construction of welfare culture.(2)The state weaves an imaginary welfare culture community and displays discipline and immersion technology in the work-unit space.The marginal utility of welfare culture construction in the work-unit community is becoming narrower and narrower,and the emotional driving mode of welfare culture production is declining.(3)The status of the original enterprise work-unit in community welfare and community construction is becoming more and more important,and its role in diversified co-construction is becoming more and more obvious.The appropriate return of the previous enterprise work-unit to the community with its multiple functions can not only improve the external environment of the enterprise work-unit and benefit its own survival and development,but also promote the production of welfare culture from the level of community social connection.(4)Establish a community mental order of common knowledge,cooperation,common meaning and empathy in the work-unit community,and pay attention to the common experience of individuals in community social life.The community needs to gather cultural consensus.In the context of multiple values,the main body can jointly create a shared welfare culture,so as to gather consensus in action.The innovations of this study are as follows:first,this study defines welfare culture as a "welfare consciousness shared by groups",which extends the concept of welfare culture.Welfare culture is embedded in social relations and has social space embeddedness.It believes that the subjective experience of welfare can have cultural significance only if it is embedded in practice.It shortens the distance between subjective and objective,structure and initiative,and provides theoretical support for the integration of macro structure and micro perspective.Second,it holds that"welfare culture space" is a social connection system of social members'self-regulation and self adjustment,and its spirit and entity are unified in the space.And try to put forward the concept and dimension level of welfare culture space.Third,under the background that the change of space has become the root of space competition and game inside and outside the community,this paper discusses the production mechanism and boundary of welfare culture in different levels of space,and puts forward solutions.
