Our country's government price re-regulation, facing with the similar effective regulation exploration and the economic transformation background, needs to draw on the developed country's basic experience, needs to advance gradually under the general economy reform. This article devotes in exploring a legal system of price regulation, which takes the market as the foundation and promotions benefits maximization.
