At the same time, modern price regulation theory establishes the technological foundation of theoretical foundation and practical operation on natural gas price structure system reform of our country, too.The thesis has introduced the economics of regulation at first, and combed the development of the structure theory of the price, then studied the current situation and existing problem of the natural gas industry of our country. On the base of theoretical research and real example analyse of the econometrics to natural monopoly of the natural gas industry of our country, research to the route of the reform of the price regulation system have carried on, finally the application study in our country's natural gas industry of the price incentive regulation has been Carried on, and some technique of price incentive regulation like price cap has been introduced and instance simulated.Main conclusion and main achievement derived from the research are:0The current situation of our country's natural gas has been maladjusted much to the reality that the resource reserves is abundant and the energy has become our country's economic bottleneck.
