In recent years, there are more and more researches on Marx's concept of justice. However, under the background of the increasingly prominent problems of international justice, the research on Marx's concept of international justice in the Marxist theoretical circle is still lacking,so it needs to be strengthened. The views of the founders of Marxism on international justice are scattered in their different works. We can use the methods of literature research and the unity of logic and history to summarize the literature and extract the Marx's concept of international justice. There are at least two questions that need to be answered about the study of Marx's concept of international justice: Is Marx's concept of international justice established? If it is established, what is its specific connotation? For the first question,we need to respond to the queries of Marxist researchers at home and abroad about the legitimacy of the existence of Marx's concept of justice and then Marx's concept of international justice. Some scholars think that Marx's concept of justice can't be established, because Marx didn't specifically discuss his own concept of justice, and even when he talked about justice or other words,he talked critically. Moreover,Marx is a historical materialist,so he would only accept the historical legitimacy, the fact judgment, and regard the problem of justice as not worthy of serious consideration. After examining the text,we find that the founders of Marxism indeed criticized the super historical concept of justice and affirmed the historical legitimacy, but the problem is that the criticism of some certain concept of justice does not mean the criticism of justice itself while the affirmation of historical legitimacy does not mean the denial of justice, and Marx was eager to pursue justice in his heart and recognized justice, the value judgment. Therefore,Marx's concept of justice is established, but it is different from the past all kinds of super historical concepts of justice.Since Marx's concept of justice is established, the legitimacy prerequisite of the establishment of Marx's concept of international justice will be existence.Marx's concept of justice is the theoretical foundation of Marx's concept of international justice, while Marx's concept of international justice is the deduction and expansion of Marx's concept of justice. In terms of the legitimacy of the theoretical establishment, the two are mutually supportive and mutually corroborated. After sorting out the relevant texts,we can see that Marx's attitude towards international justice, affirming international justice while criticizing the abstract concept of international justice and agreeing that international justice is a value judgment rather than a fact judgment,is completely consistent with his attitude towards justice. In the view of the founders of Marxism, international justice has the characteristics of concreteness, historicity, economy, class and politics, and belongs to a higher level of value orientation compared with historical legitimacy, because only when it meets the standards of productivity and people can it meet the requirements of international justice. As for the second question, the specific connotation of Marx's concept of international justice,in other words, what is the concept of international justice in the minds of the founders of Marxism,Marx and Engels did not respond positively, but we can grasp it from their relevant texts and summarize it as Marx's principles of international justice.First of all, when discussing international relations, the founders of Marxism often had deep sympathy for the oppressed nation and strongly criticized the oppressed power, from which we can extract the national position of Marx's principles of international justice;when they looked at national issues, they dealt with them in a class way,on the one hand, supporting the revolutionary nation and opposing the counter revolutionary nation, and on the other hand, supporting the revolutionary class and opposing the counter revolutionary class. Therefore, there is a class position behind the national position;that is to say,the position of Marx's principles of international justice is dual, including both the national position and the class position.Secondly, the founders of Marxism criticized civil society basing on human society, and conceived human society basing on human society, and put forward a series of specific principles of international justice in the criticism and conception, which are specifically composed of the principles of national independence, national equality, international peace, solidarity and fraternity, and depict the real pattern of international justice in the mind of the founders of Marxism.Among them, the principle of national independence and the principle of national equality correspond to the capitalist period, while the principle of international peace and the principle of solidarity and fraternity correspond to the Communist period, and the realization of international justice is a dynamic historical process from the former to the latter. Finally, the founders of Marxism also pointed out the specific path for the realization of these principles of international justice.Other issues related to Marx's concept of international justice are also worth studying, such as the formation background, practical situation, theoretical significance.Marx's concept of international justice came into being in a specific context: on the one hand, the increasingly close international activities since modern times, such as the heated debates within capitalist countries on international trade policies, the struggles among European countries, the colonial aggression of western powers to small and weak countries and backward nations, and the vigorous development of international workers' movement, are the social background of emerging Marx's concept of international justice;on the other hand, the long-standing western justice concepts, such as ancient western justice concepts, medieval justice concepts, and modern western justice concepts, are the ideological background of breeding Marx's concept of international justice. In the practice of Marx's concept of international justice by Marxists of all ages, many valuable experiences have been left, such as establishing perfect organization system, adhering to dialectical strategy of struggle, conducting by correct thought, guiding by scientific theory, providing powerful political guarantee, building a broad practice stage, and many regrettable lessons have been left, such as failing to deal with the relationship between the national position and the class position, with no thought for the systematization and comprehensiveness of Marx's principles of international justice, failing to recognize the diversity and flexibility of the realization path of Marx's principles of international justice.Marx's concept of international justice not only has surpassed the theoretical premise of the modern western concept of international justice, broken through the philosophical foundation, changed the fundamental position, and preliminary realized the concretization and scientization of the path to the realization of international justice,in history, but also has value in the contemporary era, such as providing a identification tool for the rational identification of contemporary international justice thoughts and a necessary mirror for comprehensive understanding of contemporary international justice, forming an important source of thoughts on building a community of human destiny.
