A Probe Into The Social Justice In The Course Of China's Socialist Market Economic Construction

With the foundation of the socialism market system and the full development of the social structure turn,the social justice in the construction of socialism market system has attracted more and more attention.At the same time,along with the further development of the socialism market economy,the increasing gap between the rich and the poor has been becoming the hot topic of the debate nowadays.And among other things,many fields have found injustices such as in politics,economics,and even the cultural field,which in turn,has made it the focal academic issue with great social significance.The theoretical guiding position and its practical character of Marxism require the modern Marxist scholars to answer persuasively.In order to build up the socialism justice with Chinese characteristic,it will be necessary to start with the fact that China is now still at the elementary stage of socialism,analyzing scientifically the social justice issue in China with Marxism theory about social justice and providing the reasonable constructive suggestions. Therefore,it is necessary to induce and sort out the Marxism social just theories to guide the social justice in China.The real reason why Marxism is Marxism lies in the fact that it develops itself continuously when absorbing the nourishment from all the human civilizations and solves the practical problems in the development of China.This thesis consists of 4parts altogether as follows:part one is the understanding of implication about social justice and the main idea and theoretical principle of Marxism social justice.Marxism social justice thoughts are represented by equality. freedom and distribution on the basis of labor even the last final communism,and the better understanding of which,in turn,will guide us to solve the problems in China.Part two induces the social justice issues in China and carding them which exists mainly in the fields of politics,economics and social lives.There is still many a problem to be solved nowadays and it will be a long way to go.Part three analyzes the social injustice problems in the course of Chinese market economical construction with Marxism materialistic &dialectical theories in order to find the roots.Part four poses the solution of social injustice problems.With the guidance of Marxism justice theory and borrowing the modern theories from the west,this thesis exposes the ways and suggestions to solve the social justice problems in the course of Chinese market construction.At the same time,the system construction has been analyzed from the point of view of social production,and the realization of the social justice means a lot to the construction of harmonious society,for the construction can speed up only when these social just problems have been solved completely.
