| The main strategy and means adopted by modern nation-state in dealing with Minzu problems and adjusting Minzu relations are Minzu policies.In different historical periods,due to the different characteristics of Minzu relations,China has formulated Minzu policies with different emphases in order to adjust the Minzu relations and deal with Minzu problems from the aspects of politics,economy,culture and ideology.The value orientation of Minzu policies in modern multi-Minzu countries affects the development of national identity.The establishment of new China in 1949 opened a new curtain for the development of China's Minzu policy.In different stages of historical development,China has formulated Minzu policies with different priorities.In the past 70 years,China's Minzu policies have been continuously enriched,improved and developed into a complete policy system,which plays an important role in solving Minzu problems,adjusting Minzu relations,safeguarding the rights and interests of Minzu minorities,promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and strengthening national identity.According to the reality of different historical periods and the characteristics of social development,Minzu policies reflect the value bias of the emphasis of national identity.In the process of the implementation of the Minzu policy,the social reality and Minzu relations in the Minzu areas of China have changed significantly in different stages.Under the influence of Minzu policy,national identity has further developed,and also presents new requirements and characteristics.It also indirectly requires that Minzu policies be adjusted in time to adapt to the development and change of national identity in different historical periods.According to the different historical stages of new China,this paper combs the relationship between Minzu policy and national identity,and according to the value focus of Minzu policy in different periods,classifies and examines the impact of Minzu policy on national identity from the political,economic,cultural and other aspects.The article is divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the basis and significance of the research topic,combs the research on Minzu policy since the founding of new China and the current situation of the research on national identity.It defines the main concepts,and analyzes the basic content,main framework,research methods,research innovation and research deficiencies.The second part is the core chapter of this study,which is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the Minzu policy from the perspective of national identity.It summarizes the Minzu policy and national identity.This paper expounds the general characteristics,formation rules and basic elements of national identity.According to the classic discussion of "five identities",this paper combs the four paths of national identity of Chinese scholars,points out the basic dimensions of national identity,probes into its practical significance,and preliminarily analyzes the main factors affecting national identity.This paper expounds the characteristics,functions,objectives,classifications,forms and theoretical sources of China's Minzu policies.The second chapter is about the influence of Minzu policies on national identity in the early days of new China.This paper introduces in detail the influence of Minzu policy on national identity in the early period of the founding of new China from 1949 to 1956.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,in the process of continuous development and deepening of China's Minzu policy,it has been divided into Minzu political policy,Minzu economic policy and Minzu religious and cultural policy,and initially established the Minzu policy system.This also laid a foundation for the initial establishment of national identity.The third chapter is the influence of Minzu policy on national identity in the period of building socialism in an all-round way.From 1957 to 1965,the "left" influence of various policies and the expansion of anti right class struggle in China were emphasized,which led to the change of political identity caused by the Minzu political policy,the barrier of economic identity caused by the Minzu economic policy,the gap of cultural identity caused by the Minzu religious cultural policy,and the normal development of national identity was disturbed or even destroyed.After 1960,to some extent,China adjusted its Minzu work and policy.On the eve of the outbreak of the "Cultural Revolution",the implementation of the Minzu policy system in this period has made many achievements,and in the process of correcting the "left" expansion in the early stage,various Minzu policies have been restored and developed to a certain extent,so that the national identity has also been strengthened and developed to a certain extent.The fourth chapter is about the influence of Minzu policies on national identity from the three major reforms to the "Cultural Revolution".Through the introduction of the destruction of the Minzu policy from 1966 to 1976,this paper analyzes the retrogression of the national identity in the situation of the prominent contradiction of political identity,the tension of economic identity and the deviation of cultural identity from development.Although there are various efforts to adhere to the correct Minzu policy in the later period,and the national identity has also been restored and developed to a certain extent,it is undeniable that during this period,the Minzu policy and national identity have suffered a devastating blow.The fifth chapter is about the influence of Minzu policy on national identity in the period of "putting order to order".This chapter mainly introduces the influence of Minzu policies on national identity in the period of "putting the chaos in order" from1977 to 1991.The measures of the times significance,such as "rectifying the chaos",the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,and reform and opening up,have made the political identity appear a new situation,the economic exchanges among democracies have promoted the economic identity,and the prosperity of Minzu culture has also promoted the cultural identity.The sixth chapter,comprehensively deepen the influence of Minzu policy on national identity in the reform period.By combing the period of comprehensively deepening reform from 1992 to now,we can find that China's Minzu political policies are rich and diverse,Minzu economic policies are in-depth development,and Minzu cultural policies are all inclusive.The characteristics of these Minzu policies have apositive effect on national identity.It can be seen that the Minzu political identity in this period presents a new feature of diversity,the Minzu economic identity and the Minzu economic and social coordinated development are advancing simultaneously,and the Minzu cultural identity meets the new requirements of the Chinese cultural identity.In the new era of Minzu policy and development,national identity also gives positive feedback.The third part is the conclusion.The reflection and Prospect of the influence of Minzu policy on national identity.Through the analysis of different aspects of Minzu policies in different stages of our country,we can see that Minzu policies have a strong impact on national identity,which is worth our reflection and learning.The adjustment of Minzu policy to national identity not only has its necessity,particularity,but also has its regularity.These characteristics help us to analyze various challenges faced by Minzu policy and national identity in the new era,improve Minzu policy,and strengthen national identity. |
