Research On Rural Wind Civilization Construction In The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Under the current background of The Times,reform,construction,development,civilization and progress have become new themes.The ultimate goal is to make China strong and the people live a happy life.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),China's socialist construction has reached a new stage.The central task has shifted from meeting people's basic material needs to enriching people's spiritual civilization.From the pursuit of material prosperity to the pursuit of spiritual enrichment,the pace of urban development is much faster than that of rural areas.To solve the gap between urban and rural development,it is necessary to formulate targeted measures and take measures according to local conditions to learn from each other.Therefore,a major strategic plan was put forward in the report to the 19 th national congress of the CPC,that is,rural revitalization,among which the construction of rural civilization is the key.From the overall point of view,rural revitalization cannot be separated from the construction of rural civilization,which to some extent represents the construction level of social and spiritual civilization.Therefore,it is of great value to deeply analyze the significance,problems and practices of the construction of township culture under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.In this paper,literature research,empirical research and interdisciplinary research methods are used to study,and Chongling village in Zaoyang City is selected as a typical case.First of all,it analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign scholars' research on rural wind civilization;secondly,it deeply interprets and further expands the concept of rural wind civilization and the interpretation of relevant theories as well as the necessity of rural civilization construction;then it summarizes the existing achievements of the construction of rural wind civilization in Chongling village,and fully combines the specific situation of Chongling village in the investigation and analysis,and concludes that there is a foundation for the village The main causes of the problems are the relatively low popularization of rural moral education,the insufficient investment in rural cultural construction funds,the insufficient leadership of grass-roots party organizations and the loss of rural cultural talents,Combined with these problems and the reasons,we must adhere to Xi Jinping's guidance on the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in China's new era,clarify the next step of the work plan of the party organization,increase investment in the construction of rural civilization,standardize and advocate the volunteer service in the new era's civilized practice center,carry out normalization and improve the mechanism of rural wind civilization construction,and so on.Chongling village will better promote the construction of rural civilization and promote the revitalization of rural areas.
