Aging Of Population In The Process Of Modernization In China And Its Countermeasures

On February 23,2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping gave important instructions to the work of aging : " An effective response to China's aging population is related to the overall situation of national development and the well-being of hundreds of millions of people." As a new stage,new contradictions and new manifestations of the development of human-social relations to a certain extent in the process of modernization,the problem of population aging is the turning point of the new era that we have faced for more than 40 years of reform and opening up.Aging is the abbreviation of aging population age structure,which is regarded as the starting point of the research,especially the combination with the development process of society,especially the modernization process since the industrial revolution.Only by finding out the law of age structure change under different social conditions can we explain the causes of aging population age structure and make it more targeted and accurate.We should realize that the problem of population aging is the result of the continuous transformation of social internal forms in the process of modernization,which makes the relationship between people and society change.Therefore,it is necessary to study modernization and aging as a unified whole,especially to use Marxist population theory as the theoretical basis.Although the analysis focuses on different angles,but the purpose is to objectively understand and effectively deal with the aging of China's population.In the course of the study,it is found that it is impossible to break away from the continuous transformation of the internal form of the society in the process of modernization,and to explore the aging of the population in isolation.We should base ourselves on the unity of social and human opposites in the basic principles of Marxism.It is recognized that population aging is the inevitable result of modernization,and the change of social internal form in the process of modernization is the cause of population aging.At the same time,in the process of modernization,we should try our best to explore the law of "people" changing with the development of society,and then find the most accurate and effective direction and method to deal with the problem of population aging from the "cause ".Clear the way for early modernization.The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly,it clarifies that population aging is a social reality problem in the process of China's modernization.The research on this problem is not only of theoretical significance,but also of practical value.Secondly,the research on aging at home and abroad is reviewed,and the research status of aging is analyzed.The aging problem has been highly concerned by scholars,and there are many research results,but the theoretical development of aging is still relatively weak.Finally,the innovation and deficiency are pointed out.Due to the different emphasis of the research,we get some new ideas,put forward the future population balance theory,and speculate that the age structure of the population is pencil shaped.The second chapter is the main basic theory involved in the research process.The first part is the main content of Marxist population theory;the second part is the inheritance and development of Marxist population theory in China;the third part is the introduction of foreign population and population aging theory.The third chapter starts from the change of the age structure of the world population,analyzes the relationship between the modernization process and the population transformation,and analyzes the causes and common effects of the aging of the world population.Combined with Marxist population theory,this paper summarizes the different population characteristics,expounds the contradiction between social development and population aging,and sums up the experience and lessons of developed capitalist countries in dealing with aging.The fourth chapter,under the background of the world's aging,the author introduces the changes in the relationship between social development and population and the formation process of aging in China over the past 70 years since the founding of new China.Combined with the process of China's modernization,the author finds out the reasons for the changes in the relationship between modernization and population,and summarizes the special reasons for China's aging,As well as the specific problems caused by aging and its impact on China's social development,the aging problem has both opportunities and challenges.The fifth chapter,based on Marx's theory of "two kinds of production ",obtains the actual data support,finds out the golden section law of the change of population age structure,and deduces the change of population structure form in the process of generation.The development trend of population aging in China from 2050 is predicted.At the same time,the goal and basic principle of dealing with population aging are put forward,and on this basis,the direction of China to deal with population aging is explored.The sixth chapter,based on the in-depth analysis of the aging of population in the process of modernization,puts forward some feasible strategies and measures to deal with the aging problem,such as optimizing population policy,improving the pension system,emphasizing both economic and educational means.
