| With the development of economy and progress of society, the aging of thepopulation has become the main trend in current world. According to the sixth censusstarted in2010, population aged60and over has been to177600000, reached13.3%.Population65years or older has been118900000, reached8.9%. It shows China’spopulation aging phenomenon has been serious. The phenomenon displays thesuperiority of the socialist is more and more obvious fully, more and more socialcivilization progress, the rapid development of economy, society each careerprogresses apparently, people living standard rises increasingly, medical and healthconditions have been greatly improved, so that the people of the average lifespanextension, an increasingly high proportion of the elderly population. However, theaging of the population has a serious impact on China’s economic and socialdevelopment, especially in the less-developed Guizhou Guiyang City, for the cause ofaging put forward taller more specific requirements.This paper starts with careful study and analysis of the domestic and foreignpopulation aging situation, analysis of aging of population the social background andthe research significance, the social problems. On the analysis of Guizhou ProvinceGuiyang city population aging phenomenon on the basis of Guiyang City, confirmedthe cause of aging has become an indispensable component of the work of thegovernment, must increase strength to study the solution, to vigorously develop thesocial service.
