Research On The Communication Mechanism Of The Chinese Communist Party's Political Culture Since 1978

Under the new historical background,it is of important significance to research the Political Culture transmission of Chinese Communist.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a large number of officials have been investigated,which reflects that major problems exist in the inner-party Political Culture construction process.Since the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC,the Political Culture construction of the Party has been enhanced to a new level,meanwhile,the Political Culture transmission environment of Chinese Communist is becoming more complicated than that in any eras.Under this background,how should the Political Culture transmission of Chinese Communist improve the transmission effect constantly to guarantee Chinese Communist to represent the development orientation of Chinese advanced culture continuously and build healthy,stable and flourishing ideological and cultural environment and provide intellectual impetus for Chinese modernization construction in socialism? This paper starts from researching and analyzing the Political Culture transmission mechanism of Chinese Communist to make us know the Political Culture transmission of Chinese Communist and the integrated deeper mechanism thus to serve the Political Culture transmission of Chinese Communist finally.From the perspective of researching the Political Culture transmission mechanism of Chinese Communist based on the theoretical frameworks of structure and functionalism,this paper holds that such kind of transmission mechanism should not only be helpful to realize the Political Culture transmission function of Chinese Communist but also should meet with the Political Culture transmission structure of Chinese Communist,in addition,it should present the particularity of the ruling party Chinese Communist of China in Political Culture transmission Specifically,this paperadopts the methods of interdisciplinary research,literature analysis and case study to summarize and analyze the Political Culture transmission mechanism of Chinese Communist in the new age.This research holds that the Political Culture transmission mechanism of Chinese Communist can be explained from three aspects such as advanced demonstration on the political culture of Chinese Communist,political education centering on the political culture of Chinese Communist and political subculture integration of other groups.Wherein the advanced demonstration on the political culture of Chinese Communist includes value demonstration,logical demonstration and fact demonstration;the political education centering on the political culture of Chinese Communist includes school education,cadre education and social education;the political subculture integration of other groups includes the channels of identity building,rule embedding and policy output.In addition,these three links have certain sequential order connection in logic but has no sequential order in specific practice,which unify and connect with each other to realize mutual development and finally finish the Political Culture transmission mission of Chinese Communist in the process.According to the research,the politics and culture of Chinese Communist is developed constantly in the transmission process while such kind of development process is closely related to the Political Culture transmission mechanism of Chinese Communist.Because the Political Culture transmission mechanism of Chinese Communist is characteristic by openness,all links of it are not rigid and unidirectional,meanwhile,its various elements are changing continuously.Moreover,the Political Culture transmission mechanism of Chinese Communist exists with the new energy for the politics and culture construction of Chinese Communist,which will bring us into a reflective and innovative transmission trend,namely,the Political Culture transmission mechanism of Chinese Communist should not be explained only based on the control theory,functionalism and cultural geneticism,but it is explained and constructed in an open way.The above finding is of targeted significance to the construction and perfection of the Political Culture transmission mechanism of Chinese Communist,and we can call it as open transmission mechanism.Therefore,it is not enough to rely on unidirectional publicity to realize effective Political Culture transmission of Chinese Communist,but should innovate and develop the politics and culture of Chinese Communist in thetransmission process in an open way.And then based on this open transmission mechanism,the politics and culture of Chinese Communist can come from people's life and goes back to people's life in cycles.
