As the world steps into an important period of great developing,great changing and great adjusting,the values and thinking ways have changed greatly in the process of cultural communication and thoughts confliction.As the values of the West and the East,of the traditional and the modern agitate and blend,the development and acquirement form all the countries to the cultural value of their own nations becomes more and more fierce.Form this grand global angle,to consider the construction of value system has deep realistic importance and time urgency.Value education is an important path of value system construction,especially in the fiercely changing time,it plays an important role in building social value order and human being's inner world,and reconstructing human being's spiritual habitat.The ruling party's value education in the fiercely changing period plays an indispensable role in consolidating regime,integrate multiple values and leading social ideologies.In the period of 1949-1956,which has extraordinary historical significance,the CPC shoulders the important mission of passing new time spirit,forging new time qualities,and leading new social trends.The founding of the People's Republic of China is the most significant and fundamental social change in China since the 1840 s.This profound change has realized the transformation of China's social system from a semi-colonial and semifeudal society to a new-democratic society,and then realized the transition from a newdemocratic society to a socialist society,and opened up a new era for Chinese nation from humiliation to stand up for more than a hundred years,and marked the true completion of China's modern nation-state.Economy,politics and culture changed fiercely during the initial seven years of the new China,and people's value and inner world inevitably experienced unusual contradiction confliction and adjustment.The various values presented a state of intertwined confrontation,with fierce collisions between the values of feudal,backward,conservative,counter-revolutionary and the values of scientific,advanced,progressive,revolutionary spreading widely,which made the situation extremely harsh and complicated.In face of the profound social changes,how to establish the dominant social value was a major issue that cannot be avoided before Communist Party of China(CPC)who had just achieved comprehensive ruling status.In this important transitional period,the CPC integrated the values of all classes through the value education of all directions,multi-channels and wide-area,built new value system of nation,and united the powerful strength of the people,eventually completing this fundamental and groundbreaking social transformation smoothly.Therefore,Chinese society in 1949-1956 showed a vigorous vitality.CPC's value education in this article refers to the value reconstruction to all the social groups,with the CPC as leader,organizer and implementer.From a profound sense,value education is an important way to construct the value belief system,which is indispensable for the whole society and individual.For the society,it is important to establish common values,integrate multiple ideologies,and establish an orderly social order.For the individuals,it has the important function on cognizing the developing trend of era,consolidating faith,and self-realization.Value education is indispensable in every era,and its importance is even more prominent especially when the society is in a period of great change.This article takes the issue of how the value belief system in the great changing period in China consolidated national regime and the ruling status,and establish people's mental world as the starting point.Based on the existing research results in the inductive world,this article deeply analyzes the historical documents.Guiding with the value of Marxist party values and combing with related discipline theories such as CPC history,history of The People's Republic of China,value philosophy,politics,education of thoughts and politics,this article tries to study the value deep in the cultural structure to systematically study the party's values education of CPC in the first seven years after the founding of New China.Meantime,this article aims to explore the source of CPC's values,to analyze the background of CPC's value education,to sort out the main objects and the core content of CPC's value education,to summarize the main methods,channels and carriers of CPC's value education,and to sum up the main achievements,historical experience and lessons of CPC's value education as well as the enlightenment of the value education to the new era.History should serve reality,and reality should look back on history.It is supposed to put the CCP's value education,the cultivation and application of socialist core values and the better construction of China values into a deeper level and a larger historical pattern,to interpret reality in the historical context.Based on that,this article expands the vision of multidisciplinary collaborative research,highlights the values and value education of CPC in specific historical stage under the overall grasp,highlights the contemporary trend of CCP's values and values education,and tries to provide important academic thought resources and value guidance to build the new belief system in new era.
