Research On The Mass Work Discourse System Of The Communist Party Of China During The New Democratic Revolution

Mass work is the basic,regular and fundamental work of the Communist Party of China.Back to the period of the new-democratic revolution,the CPC organized the leadership and changed the “scattered sand” society situation;united the masses of people and forged “a wall of iron and steel” that could not be broken.CPC gathered together the “vast sea” that was trapped in the people's war and overthrew the “three mountains”.Ultimately,CPC won the great victory of the democratic revolution.History shows that China can accomplish anything if it trusts the masses and the Party.Therefore,from the perspective of discourse construction,it is of great value and significance to put forward a new theoretical analysis framework for mass work,and then peep into the historical process of mass work discourse system and Marxism “three modernizations” in the period of new-democratic revolution.The October Revolution gave a shot and sent Marxism-Leninism to China.The Chinese revolution has taken on a new look.Here the “new” contains three layers of meaning: First,the Chinese people have a brand-new Marxist-Leninist theory as their guiding ideology.Second,China has created the Communist Party of China,which is a proletarian party that“builds for the people and benefits the people”.Third,the October Revolution provided an example of relying on the people to win the revolution.However,the“new” here cannot ignore the fact that the Chinese Communist Party has carried out creative transformation and innovative development of traditional people-based thinking.During the period of the new-democratic revolution,the mass work discourse system was the inevitable result of cross-border integration and innovation and development between the Marxist concept of the masses and traditional Chinese people-based thoughts.In other words,the international and domestic special contexts of the twentieth century made a mass work discourse system in the1920 s the foundation of the that only those who use the power of practice to put ideas into practice can achieve transformation.This kind of“person who uses practical power” is the people who master and use theory.As long as this thorough theory is realized,the transformation of “theory-masses-material power” will be realized.So,the key question is how can the CPC realize the theory to master the masses in the practice of creative transformation and innovative development,and how can the masses use the cross-border integration of theory.There is no doubt that the discourse system of mass work is one of the important footnotes to explain this transformation and development mechanism.The discourse system is subject to various social relations and at the same time constructs a new social structure.The construction of the mass work discourse system is not merely theoretical superposition or discourse remodeling,but is a knowledge,discourse and belief system that was conceived in the context of special times at home and abroad during the period of the new-democratic revolution.It runs through the grand narrative framework of the development of the discourse system of mass work,which is based on the theory of“say it” “continue to say” “use and say” and integrates Russian-style discourse into Chinese discourse.It is a symbol of communication between the party and the masses.The system is a dynamic system of harmonious symbiosis between the party and the masses.It is also a unified system of the Party's ideological leadership and value guidance.In this sense,the value of the mass work discourse system lies in the political discourse that always adheres to the Marxist view of the masses,interprets the theoretical discourse of the context of the Chinese revolutionary practice,and mobilizes the popular discourse of the conscious movement of the masses.At the same time,from the aspects of political issues for the victory of the revolution,issues concerning the protection of people's livelihood for the people's livelihood,the persistence of the relationship between the Party and the masses,and the strategic issues concerning the development of the nation's ethnicity,and the discourse theme setting for the people.The discourse system,from the improvement of the ideological discourse-dominance mechanism,to strengthen the ideological and political education function on the the people's recognition of the“theory”path,and this “theory” mastered the masses and brought about the “material power” into the revolution of the Chinese Communist Party.The scope of “morality” and discourse paradigm turn into lasting power for the people's support of revolution and war.In short,whoever has the right to speak in the work of the masses can make interpretations and expressions that meet the requirements of the masses.This is not only the historical perspective of the process and structural unity of the mass work discourse system,but also the historical framework of the “generation-existence” structural analysis method of the mass work discourse explain the practice of the new-democratic revolution.The study of the discourse system of mass work is a unified process of the co-construction of historical logic,theoretical logic and realistic logic.The construction and practice of the mass work discourse system is not only the result of the innovative development of reference in such aspects as innovating the leadership of the party,adhering to the concept of people's interests,strengthening the relationship between the Party and the group,exerting the advantages of ideological and political education,enhancing the ideological discourse power,and drawing on the essence of traditional culture.
