The fundamental task of ideological and political education is to cultivate people by virtue,and to solve the fundamental problems of what kind of people to train,how to train people and for whom." Based on the great cause of the Chinese nation,our Party must train generation after generation of useful personnel who support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and China's socialist system and are determined to devote their lives to socialism with Chinese characteristics." In the new era,to cultivate people with the spirit of socialism with Chinese characteristics is to guide the educated to enhance their confidence in the path,theory,system and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and consciously integrate their love of national conditions,ambition to make China stronger and dedication to the country into their life ideals.However,in real life,some social members' ideals and beliefs are vague or even missing,and their world outlook,outlook on life and values are distorted.Right and wrong,good and evil,beauty and ugliness;Money worship,hedonism,extreme individualism seriously.Some areas of moral anomie,lack of integrity more prominent phenomenon.Even some party cadres have become duplicitous people,ostensibly loyal to the party and the people,but secretly using power for personal gain and corruption.The frequent moral crisis and belief crisis show that the ideological and political education in China has some deficiencies.The more a society develops,the more it needs ideological and political education.Ideological and political education can constantly improve social members' political,moral and legal concepts,and guide their behavior norms.In view of the moral crisis,faith crisis and other problems in real life,the key to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education is to set up the concept of knowing and doing in ideological and political education.This paper puts the concept of knowing and doing in ideological and political education into the process system of ideological and political education,analyzes in detail a series of problems existing in the separation of knowing and doing,and at the same time,explores the mode of the unity of knowing and doing in ideological and political education,and puts forward some relevant policy Suggestions.The main body of the paper consists of four chapters:The first chapter systematically discusses the theory of knowledge and practice in ideological and political education.On the basis of clarifying the relevant concepts of the concept of knowing and doing in ideological and political education,this paper explores the theoretical origin of the concept of knowing and doing in ideological and political education,and summarizes the three basic types of the relationship between knowing and doing in ideological and political education through comparative analysis of Wang yangming,Bandura and Marxism.The second chapter analyzes the separation of knowledge and practice in ideological and political education.This paper explores the reasons for the separation of knowledge and practice in ideological and political education from the single dimension of the teacher and the educated and the dual dimension of the unity of the teacher and the educated.Chapter three summarizes the conditions and models of the unity of knowledge and practice in ideological and political education.The unity of knowledge and practice of the teacher and the educated is brought into the same analytical framework,and the factors that promote the unity of knowledge and practice in the whole process from the knowledge of the teacher to the action of the educated are deeply analyzed,and on this basis,the laws and patterns of the unity of knowledge and practice in ideological and political education are explored.The fourth chapter analyzes and summarizes the ideas and countermeasures of promoting the unity of knowledge and practice in ideological and political education,and explains the ideas of promoting the unity of knowledge and practice in ideological and political education from the perspectives of constructing the unity of knowledge and practice of the teacher,the unity of knowledge and practice of the educated and the construction of ideological and political education environment,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
