Research On Qian Xuesen's Thought Of Building A Socialist Country

From Moore,Saint Simon and Fourier to Marx,Engels and Lenin,socialism has experienced a leap from fantasy to science,from theory to practice.However,from the failure of Paris Commune uprising to the occurrence of drastic changes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe,it also fully shows the arduousness and complexity of solving this problem.Throughout the five hundred years of socialism,there are many thinkers and politicians who have put forward their insights.However,there are few theories on socialist construction and state management from the perspective of scientists.Qian Xuesen's thought of building a socialist country is the general name of a series of thoughts and views on how China should promote the construction of a socialist country in the 21 st century,which was founded by Qian Xuesen's scientific and technological workers.This theory is guided by Marx theory,and is supported by the integrated approach of systematic engineering and qualitative to quantitative analysis.It is the essence of Tsien Hsueshen's academic thought in his later years that he carried out the theoretical exploration for the purpose of implementing the concept of human's all-round development and promoting the coordinated construction and efficient management of China's socialism in twenty-first Century.As Qian Xuesen's thought of socialist state construction is a major research topic involving many disciplines and a theory with extremely wide content,this paper,under the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,mainly studies with literature based on Qian Xuesen's letters and its supplement(Volume 15)and Qian Xuesen's Anthology(Volume 6)In order to reappear the true panorama of this precious spiritual wealth,Qian's views on socialist construction and state management are extracted from widely scattered letters and speeches by the method of unifying law,history and logic.Qian Xuesen's thought of socialist country construction has always been macroscopically designed around three issues: how to realize the service of modern science and technology for socialist construction;how to realize the service of socialist construction for the people;how to realize the mutual service of various systems within socialist construction.The world social formation and the three social revolutions have not only developed the Marxist theory of world history,but also profoundly revealed the non synchronization of the development of China and the world.Taking this as the starting point,he has carried out in-depth exploration on how to promote China's socialist construction and national management in the 21 st century.Its international strategic thinking,nine construction views in four major fields,and the party's views on science and technology leadership,education,and ideological and political education have important enlightenment and value for the international exchanges,national defense construction,and five in one construction in the new era,especially for the creation of a healthy China,a green China,a world science and technology power,and an education power.The advocacy of social engineering and qualitative to quantitative comprehensive integration is of great significance to promote the transformation of national governance system from task capability to system efficiency under the background of information revolution.Although Qian Xuesen's view of socialist state construction is not a perfect theory,it at least provides a way of thinking,a method and a path for the development of socialism.After the test of practice,many of his theories have been recognized and put into the practice of socialist construction,although some of them still exist It is controversial,but it still can't hide the light of this theory.
