Research On Offender Profiling And Identification Model Of Homicide Crime

Homicide crime refers to the criminal act of illegally depriving others of their lives,which is of bad nature and has serious consequences.In the process of investigation and analysis of homicide cases,the study and judgement of criminal suspects is a very important block which has two steps: the first step is to analyze the characteristics of the offender according to the case information and determine the direction and scope of the following investigation then;and the second step is to conduct the feature association of the target within the determined investigation scope with the suspect,and then to filter the possible target.The traditional suspect study mainly depends on the expert experience analysis,needs to invest a lot of manpower and material resources.With the accumulation of public security data and the process of information,the automatic judgment model has become a new demand for actual policing,which can assist experts to make decisions,save the cost of handling new homicide cases.This paper makes a model study on the characterization of criminals and the correlation between suspects and targets.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:For the analysis of the characteristics of homicide cases: we analyzed the macro characteristics of domestic homicide cases,including the characteristics of offenders,victims,the relationship between offenders and victims,the characteristics of the use of tools,etc.;the data mining algorithm is used to analyze the social factors affecting the incidence of homicide cases and their importance,which provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and portrayal of the characteristics of the offenders of the subsequent homicide cases.In view of the characterization of the perpetrators of homicide cases: this paper constructs the expression model of homicide cases,describes the general occurrence process of homicide cases,and puts forward the four major situational elements of the case-"offenders,tool and media,victims and scene environment ".This paper constructs a crime characterization model based on situational elements,which is applied to deductive reasoning analysis of homicide case information to determine the possible identity characteristics of offenders.When the identity characteristics of the offender can not be directly inferred,the study puts forward a characterization model of the offender's characteristics based on Bayesian network,which is applied to the inductive reasoning analysis of the information of homicide cases,and determines the other characteristics of the offender,such as sex,age,relationship with the victim,and criminal record or not.The output results of the model can provide support for the next step of suspect target association.Aiming at the problem of target association of suspects in homicide cases,this paper puts forward a target association model based on fuzzy multi-criteria decision method,which is applied to the investigation and analysis of suspects.The model combs the different data structure and correlation calculation rules of the target characteristics,calculates the suspect degree of the target personnel,and then carries on the target ranking,gives the most likely suspect's goal in the investigation scope,provides the auxiliary support for the expert decision,saves the case handling cost.
