Research On The Application Of Criminal Profiling Technology

Conflicts between the right to freedom of speech of media and the dignity of human personality are becoming more and more seriously with the fast development of the media industry. The act of tort which causes damages need afford the liability for them. But if the media can bring up some special ground of pleading, it can be exempted from liability. In this case, the study on the ground of pleading appears to be very important. This article brings up some advices on perfecting the legal provision about the ground of pleading in our country.This article concludes three parts:a foreword, three chapters and an ending. The foreword begins with a real case, and then explains the reason and value of the study. Besides, this part also states the present situation about this study in the law circle. The first chapter gives a general description on the jurisdiction, legislation and the theory study about the tort liability caused by media. The second chapter analyzes why conflicts always occur between the right to freedom of speech of media and the dignity of human personality. In this chapter, the author emphasizes the specific of the media's tort. The third chapter gives some advices on perfecting the legal provision.
