The CCP Promotes The Construction Of The Responsible Party In The New Era

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,especially after the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China’s international influence,charisma and shaping power have been further enhanced,and remarkable achievements have been made in its development.However,difficulties and challenges still coexist.The new era has entrusted the CPC with new multiple responsibilities.The key to the success of China’s affairs lies in the party.To understand,study and develop China,the first prerequisite is to answer the fundamental question "what kind of political party is the Communist Party of China?".The Communist Party of China takes the "original intention" as the origin,undertakes the "mission" in different historical periods,and creates its own responsibility.In addition to the generality of the traditional party,the Communist Party of China also has the particularity of the new party.This paper puts forward the concept of "responsible party" to interpret this particularity,and further clarify that it is the inevitable choice to firmly promote the construction of responsible party in the new era.This research is of great significance both from the time dimension of history and reality,or from the dual perspectives of theory and practice.This paper adheres to the Marxist party theory and the party building theory as the theoretical basis,uses the party typology,literature,logical analysis,comparative research methods and other research methods,in accordance with the principle of the unity of theory and practice,history and reality,starting from the analysis of the theoretical basis of the responsible party,excavates the combination of the positioning of the responsible party in the new era Rationality and necessity.This paper adheres to the problem-oriented,based on the goal of the "four greats" in the new era,combined with the ongoing education activities of "never forgetting the original intention and keeping the mission in mind",focuses on the theoretical innovation and practical reference of the Communist Party of China in promoting the construction of a responsible political party in the new era at the same time,it also provides some useful enlightenment for other political parties in the world.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly constructs the theoretical basis of the responsible party,and explains the rationality and necessity of the ownership of this party type.Starting from the explanation of the basic concepts,this paper explains the concept and theoretical premise of the responsible party,analyzes the relationship and difference between the mission oriented party and the responsible party,and holds that the
