led the people of all ethnic groups across the country to forge ahead and work hard and achieved brilliant results that attracted worldwide attention.Since the beginning of the 21^stcentury,the international situation has become increasingly complex and volatile with intensified instabilities and uncertainties;the world economy has continued to slow down;and the political landscape has been complicated.Interest games and open fights between countries are intensifying,while hegemonism and power politics are still widespread,appearing many new features.The socialist modernization drive has entered a critical moment,and the deep-seated contradictions and problems that have accumulated over a long period of time have gradually become apparent.The political,ideological,organizational,and work styles existing within the Party seriously affect the Party's advanced nature and purity,and are still not completely resolved.History and reality have repeatedly proved that only the Communist
