A Study On The Construction Of Chinese Communist Party’s Ideological Discourse Power In The New Era

Ideological discourse power has been appreciated for ages during the centennial development of Communist Party of China（CPC）which also records the history of CPC fighting for,consolidating and establishing Marxist ideology and discourse power of its theoretical achievements in China.CPC ideological discourse power is forming and represented as a series of guiding thoughts of social practices in different times from China’s revolution to construction then to reform,etc.based on its continuous.Nowadays,our country is in the process of interaction of highly complicated ideologies and tough transformation of ideologies,and such special historical phenomenon not only provides an important development opportunity for,but also poses an unprecedented challenge to current dominant ideology in China.CPC clearly pointed out at its Fourth Plenary Session of the 19^th CPC Central Committee for the first time that the fundamental system of insisting on the guiding role of Marxism in the realm of ideology is an inevitable requirement for observing the essential attributes and strengthening the unity and solidarity of CPC,ideological discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,increasing the attraction and influence of Marxist ideological discourse system and fully enhancing the cohesion and leadership of socialism ideology.The present world is witnessing a great centennial change and our country is in the crucial period of realizing the rejuvenation of China;contest of cultural soft strength becomes an important field and content of competition between countries.As ideology is focus and core of cultural competition,persistently strengthening and improving the discourse power construction of dominant ideology become an increasingly more important task to boost comprehensive national strength and international social impact.If we cannot ascertain the opportunity for and challenge to current discourse power construction of CPC ideology in the ideology innovation value propositions,the so-called theoretical innovation research of ideology will be just“Discourse Carnival”.Therefore,this paper tries to further reveal the intrinsic logic of the theory on CPC ideological discourse power,with a view to deepen the recognition of theoretical value and historical status of CPC ideological discourse power work.This paper defines the ideological discourse power and political parties’ideological discourse power based on full clarification of discourse’s and discourse power’s definition and connotation,and selects three representative countries–Soviet Union,USA and Vietnam to summarize related positive and negative historical lessons,experience and enlightenments by sorting out their construction histories of the nation and political parties’ideological discourse power.The comparative study among these representative countries in ideological practices enlightens us to be unforgiving in party building,always build a strong and safe dam of ideology and firmly occupy the highland leading social thoughts;in addition,the100^th anniversary of funding of CPC is taken as an opportunity to fully analyze the history and experience of CPC in construction of ideological discourse power for a century and explore how the ideological discourse system work to realize self-renewal of and keep pace with the times,from revolutionary discourse to socialist construction discourse and then to the comprehensive and in-depth reform discourse.Considering the unprecedented complexity of current domestic and international situations,CPC should be better at fighting,correct deviations in fighting and lead development,condensing the most powerful force for realizing national rejuvenation,which is also the logical purpose of theoretical approach of CPC ideological work for a hundred years.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new age in which overall trend that convergence core of“Two Overall Situations”is represented by“Western Strong and Eastern Weak”is evolving quickly,world political discourse relationship is experiencing historical changes and general trend of more progressive,better and stronger China have been irresistible,which,however,set higher requirements for proactivity and scalability of CPC ideological construction.In this regard,this paper conducts a theoretical research and analysis targeted at construction of a new age and implementation of CPC ideological discourse power in the new age,and makes an illustration in such five dimensions as theme,subject,object,.In order to avoid CPC ideological discourse falling into the position of“Talking to Itself”in this new age,it is necessary to insist on the principles of unification between party spirit and affinity to people,between spiritual production and material practice,between criticism and inclusiveness,between inheritance and innovativeness,and between nationality and cosmopolitan,etc.closely revolve around Xi Jinping’s New Age Thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics as guiding thought,and persist in overall improvement of interpretation,infectivity and communication of CPC ideological discourse,so as to tamp the foundation and promote the continuous consolidation and improvement of CPC ideological leadership on the road of continual achievement of theoretical innovation of Marxism sinicization.
