Socialistic China has entered into the new era.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Communist Party of China has adhered to the government of the people,by the people,for the people.Based on Marxism standpoints,China put forward a series of important judgement in Cyberpower especially in explaining why and how to construct Cyberpower.The national development strategy of the new era brought the Cyberpower construction into the key planning,which suggests the Cyberpower construction work,including the network ideological and political education,step into a new historic stage.It takes the historical responsibility for responding to the new requirements and missions of the new era.The network and technology have harmonized with ideological and political education in the sense of human freedom and comprehensive development,giving birth to a new form of network ideological and political education and the existence and growth of network society and netizens under its coverage.Since the last century,network ideological and political education of our country,which has been keeping the same pace with network society construction,achieved ideal results within short development course.Following the Party ' s top-level plan for different periods and location,network ideological and political education promotes all the elements and relations of network propaganda to keep pace with the new era.Meanwhile,the domestic scholars have been deepening their research and thinking on network ideological and political education,putting their efforts into coordination with the practice on network ideological and political education.The research paradigms are getting mature and the relevant policy systems are approaching perfect.Based on the historical coordinate system of the new era,it can be seen that in the development of network ideology and politics,we still need to further reflect on and solve the problem of “imbalance and insufficiency”.In addition,the theoretical research of network ideology and politics also has the paradigm-shifting problem within the convergence of perspectives,and it is urgent to find a new theoretical development in the interaction and fusion of theoretical and technical,integrated and refined research.The most critical task is to establish a research paradigm that combines the in-depth exploration of the research “point” with the overall grasp of the macroscopic research,and further explain the basic categories of the three-dimensional and disciplinary construction of network ideological and political education.This dissertation puts the issue of discourse power of network ideological and political education in the historical coordinate system of the comprehensive development of netizens in the new era and the fast-propelled construction of the Cyberpower,integrating with the comprehensive development and application of the Internet,mobile network,artificial intelligence and big data and analyzing various challenges and difficulties faced by dominance and influence of discourse power of network ideological and political education.The study is aimed at exploring how the discourse power of network ideological and political education should achieve in-depth development and continuous innovation and breakthrough in cooperation with the continuous iteration of Internet and information technology.The study starts with analyzing the concept and connotation of discourse power of network ideological and political education with the following four parts concerning discourse power being discussed: the importance of discourse power,the definition of discourse power,the current state of discourse power and the ways to improve discourse power.Supported by the Marxist theory,the first part(chapter 1,2,3)starts with the study of the background,basis and value on discourse power of network ideological and political education,citing the elements closely related to the issue of the discourse power of ideological and political discourse in China's ideological context and western philosophical viewpoints as research resources.The first part establishes the framework logic of the research,clearly defining the key concepts,analyzing the relevant categories,and laying the theoretical support for the study of the discourse power of network ideological and political education.The second part(chapter 4,5)focuses on the structure and function of the discourse power of network ideological and political education,as well as the various stages of the generative process of discourse power of network ideological and political education and its main content,constituent elements,organizational relations and deductive logic.The research aims at studying relational,organizational,procedural and generative content of discourse power of network ideological and political education from the perspective of studying its static structure and dynamic development,so as to analyze its form of existence and evolutionary logic of the discourse power.The study gives an in-depth exploration of the structure,function and regularity of discourse power of network ideological and political education.The study on the generative process of discourse power of network ideological and political education mainly starts from triple dimensions including its premise,different stages of generative process,contradictions and logic of the development,interpreting the important propositions about the generative process of discourse power,so as to further grasp the significance,course,impetus and targets of it.The third part(chapter 6)focuses on the key issues about the current situation and constructive level of discourse power of network ideological and political education and deeply analyzes the important achievements,valuable experience,existing problems and causes of it accumulated in the past 30 years,especially the specific performance and influences caused by the social changes in various fields on discourse power of network ideological and political education.This part integrates the problems requiring answers in its subject,content,carrier and environment and further discusses the restraining factors of discourse power from horizontal and vertical perspectives to answer the question of “what and how to do”.The fourth part(chapter 7)focuses on the fundamental question about how to enhance and strengthen discourse power of network ideological and political education,which constitutes the foothold of the study.Based on the new historical orientation of the new era and guided by General Secretary Xi's strategic thoughts on the Cyberpower,following the new laws of the growth of contemporary netizens and network governance,this part proposes the ideas and main countermeasures for the promotion of the discourse power in the face of the internal and external problems on its development.One of the directions is the pursuit of the construction of the discourse power of network ideological and political education,including the pursuit of building concentric circles of discourse,enhancing the essence of discourse subjectivity,and establishing the vision of a cyberspace community with a shared future The second is to follow the principles of the construction of the discourse power of network ideological and political education,including three parts: promoting common progress through guidance,promoting innovation through introspection and strengthening capabilities through sharing.The third is the sound guidance of developing discourse power of network ideological and political education,including innovative development,cooperative development,shared benefits and common progress.The countermeasures and problems are interrelated,including promoting the coordination of the discourse subjects,improving the quality of content supply,extending media influence,optimizing the communication field,so as to realize the combination of overall optimization,elemental refinement and multidimensional deepening on the basis of the unity of knowledge and practice.
