The individualized teaching as a new teaching idea and teaching mode has beenpaid more and more attention in the world. Since basic education curriculum reformin2001(for Trial Implementation)" pointed out that we should attach importance tostudents' individualized learning, students' differences and personality, theindividualized teaching importance and attention. In2010the "national long-termeducation reform and development plan (2010-2020)" to further emphasize providestudents with appropriate education, individualized teaching is incapable of furtherincrease attention. However, the key of personalized teaching lies in theteacher. Then, the teachers culture is very important influence factors, personalityteaching therefore, adapt to the study on teachers culture meeting individualizedteaching has become an urgent need.This study is based on the cultural perspective? mainly adopting the casestudy method, by studying the teachers culture of a primary school that it is carryingout the individualized teaching? showing the state of primary school teachersculture under the background of “the open. the individualized teaching”?this essaydescribes the primary school teachers in the teaching process of the living stateand lifestyle in classrooms. Its main purpose is to interpret the problem and the lack ofthe cultural primary school teachers in the individualized teaching process. anddiscusses deeply teachers ideal culture?teachers behavior culture?teachers systemculture and teachers material culture and other factors?and then put forward theimproving strategies of teachers culture under the background ofthe individualized teaching. The specific contents are as follows:The first part: the introduction part of the thesis, presents the background of thisresearch background, and thinks about the research purposes and research questions,and discusses the research methods and research framework and literature review.The second part: the first chapter of this thesis, defining the key concept ofindividualized teaching and teachers culture?discusses deeply the theorybasis? features? core values and values of the individualized teaching, and exploresthe structure?the value?the characteristics And further discusses the relationshipbetween the individualized teaching and teachers culture, and study teachers culturecharacteristics and teachers culture motivation from the individualized teaching perspective.The third part: the second chapter of the thesis?The thesis mainly studiesteachers concept culture under the background of the individualized teaching. On thebasis of constructing teachers concept culture, based on F primary schoolindividualized teaching empirical research, the thesis studies the achievements,problems and influence factors of teachers concept culture.The fourth part: the third chapter of the thesis, The thesis mainly studiesteachers behavior culture under the background of the individualized teaching. Thisstudy constructs ideal teachers behavior culture under the background ofindividualized teaching, and mainly analyzes such aspects as achievements, existingproblems and influence factors of teachers behavior culture based on the F primaryschool individualized teaching practice.The fifth part: the fourth chapter of the thesis?In this study, teachers systemculture under the background of the individualized teaching are analyzed. This studyis based on the F primary school teaching practice, on the analysis basis of idealconstruction, and the thesis studies achievements, problems and limitations of theteacher system cultrure under the background of the individualized teaching.The sixth part: the fifth chapter of the thesis?the study discusses teachers materialculture under the background of the individualized teaching. On the basis of idealconstruction of teachers material culture, the study the construction achievements,problems and influence factors and strategies of teachers material culture based onindividualized teaching practice within F primary school.The seventh part: the last part of the thesis?and it is also the part ofresearch conclusion and reflection. In this part, the related research conclusionthe research of the enlightenment are put forward?but also the future research will befurther explored.
