| In the daily life of the kindergarten, most of children learning knowledge through games to get the experience and knowledge, while the area activity is presented in the form of the game. Teachers provide different activities for children based on their personality, which can make children choose different areas as their hobby for self-learning activities. This can promote children’s individual development. The kindergarten area activity is an important part of children’s life, in which the teachers play a role in the area activities. In the kindergarten area activity, teachers sometimes are lack of conscious attention to individual children’s activity. Meanwhile, some teachers even cannot effectively guide the individual children. In this paper, the writer try to find out the problems regarding teacher’s individualized instruction,by observing and analyzing the present situation of the teacher individualized instruction in the kindergarten, which can provide more effective reference for teachers and make the area activities become more better.Researchers mainly use the method of observation and interview, choose the six teachers from three different middle classes in the kindergarten as the research object. Through the interview and observation of this six teachers’ individualized instruction in the area activities,the writer analyzed the data and collecting a large amount of case to know why this kind of problems exist in the area activities. And the writer hope that this paper can provide some relevant suggestions for teachers. |
