With the decline of the national physical fitness,sports,especially the basic projects---Athletics,have aroused great concern by the community and schools.However,the phenomenon that Athletics is in the further marginalization has not been improved,and the Athletics teaching content has become the main problem of school Athletics development,for lacking competitive,practical,interesting things and so on.Through the method of literature,investigation,experiment,statistics and other methods,considering the 14 years of school sports as a whole to construct the teaching content system of Athletics.Specific conclusions are as follows:(1)Athletics,with the Chinese school sports has gone through nearly 100 years.The main experience of naturalism,skills led,enhance physical fitness and "health first"four times,to carry out the teaching content gradually toward the direction of the development of the integration of physical fitness and skills.(2)Fourteen years of school athletics teaching content of overall lack of cohesion between the school sports and social sports,resulting in lifelong physical context impassability.There is a specific problem is mainly reflected in:on the one hand,lack of systematic and logical construction theory,out of the social practice needs,and can not play the role of theory guiding practice;on the other hand is part of practice to the project as the main form,vertical logical structure of lack of hierarchy,repeat the phenomenon of serious,transverse content is more onefold,lacking of reasonable alternative and complementary design.(3)According to the current development trend of School Physical Education,The study is based on the experience of the historical development of Athletics teaching contents and existing problems,in the perspective of system theory,combing with regular human movement pattern of development,child and adolescent physical and mental development of the law,motor skill learning the basic theory of rule,The construction of school Athletics teaching contents should follow certain principles and methods,aside by the following principles:appropriate principle,basic principle,fitness principle,feasibility principle,the principle of social;the type of the organizational mainly:vertical organization,lateral organization and dynamic balance.The college and the middle and primary school Athletics teaching content system are overall constructed by Delphi method and each level were constructed a three-level index system,Straighten out the fourteen years of school athletecs teaching content,and to make it an effective convergence as a whole.(4)From primary school to University,with higher grade,the comparison of the movement ability and the knowledge of sports show the shift from the direction of the movement ability to the equal emphasis on the movement ability and the movement knowledge.The second,in the system of athletic ability,the direction change from running/jumping to lay equal stress on running,jumping,and throwing;In the high school and the university special sports and leisure fitness movement appears the shift from the special sports to the leisure and fitness;The last,in the sports knowledge system,the develop direction shift from basic knowledge of athletics mainly to two aspects:knowledge of athletics and knowledge of athletics competition.(5)Through the primary school teaching experiment,it shows that the teaching content system to improve the quality of the body has certain advantages and a slight advantage in improving the run/cross class exercise capacity,the difference is significant between jumping and throwing;in the interest of study,it can meet the students' interest demand better.(6)In order to scientifically and reasonably construct Athletics teaching content system,the physical,mental and physical characteristics of various grades of students were refined,and the track and field action skill development sequence of 6 to 22 years old was pushed.
