Organizations are the cells of the social organism,as well as the important carriers and forms of Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities.Since a period of time,with the gradual deepening of China's reform,"social existence" such as economic and social development,scientific and technological progress is constantly enriching the "modernity" characteristics of social organization forms and modes.At the same time,China's higher education is also "striding forward" in the spring breeze of reform and opening up.While realizing the transformation from elitism to popularity,the increasingly diverse economic and social ideologies are also constantly affecting the behavior and values of college teachers and students,and considering the value adjustment ability in the practice of organizing and educating people in Colleges and universities.Since the Eighteenth National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to ideological and political work in colleges and universities and made a series of important speeches.Especially after the conference on Ideological and political work in colleges and universities,in document No.37 issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the State Council on "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in colleges and universities under the New Situation",he regards the formation of a long-term mechanism for organizational education as one of the basic principles for strengthening and improving ideological and political work in colleges and universities.It marks that organizational education,as an independent form of education,has been brought into the research field of scholars.Based on the basic idea of "raising questions,analyzing problems and solving problems",this paper focuses on the three basic issues of "why to organize and educate people","what to organize and educate people","how to organize and educate people".It studies the research background,fundamental basis,characteristic function,times situation,operation mechanism and practice path in the research on organizational education in colleges and universities.In order to promote the theoretical innovation and system construction of the research on organizational education in colleges and universities,this paper focuses on the following three aspects:The first part is to explore the fundamental basis of organizational education in colleges and universities.The fundamental basis of organizational education in colleges and universities includes realistic basis and theoretical basis,aiming at solving the problem of "why should we organize and educate people".Firstly,the realistic basis of organizational education in Colleges and universities is explained,which is mainly embodied in the part of "question raise".It is believed that organizational education in colleges and universities is the necessary requirement to accomplish the fundamental goal of building morality and cultivating people,and it is an important part of realizing comprehensive education.Part is the new requirement of Ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and also the fundamental embodiment of Party building work in colleges and universities.Secondly,it elucidates the theoretical basis of organizational education in colleges and universities,mainly from four dimensions: the Marxist concept of organizational education,the thought of organizing and educating people of the Communist Party of China,the ancient wisdom of organizational education and the western society's reference on the concept of organizational education.The second part is the research of the characteristic function and times situation of university organization education.This part is to solve the problem of "what is organizational education".It is believed that under the leadership of Party organizations in Colleges and universities,the educational responsibilities of groups,students,management services,teaching and scientific research,student associations and other organizations should be clearly defined,the educational role of organizational environment,organizational culture,organizational system and organizational activities should be brought into play,and all kinds of organizations should be coordinated to form a joint force of educators,so as to implement purposeful,planned and organized educational activities for the educational objects.Educational objects gradually form value convergence in the process of participating in organizational activities,thus realizing the ideological and political education practice of the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people in Colleges and universities.Based on the study of the basic connotation and classification of organizational education in Colleges and universities,the main characteristics and basic functions of organizational education in Colleges and universities are analyzed.It holds that the main features of organizational education in Colleges and universities lie in the coexistence of dominance and invisibility in the process of educational practice,the promotion of standardization and flexibility in operation mechanism,the unity of demonstration and nurturing of educational effect,the combination of coverage of Party and mass organizations and work coverage,and the basic functions lie in the following: the leadership function of Party organizations,the demonstration function of nurturing human backbone,and the regulation function of system.Function and organizational culture have the function of inculcation,and resource coordination has the function of integration.If the analysis of characteristics and functions is to explain the "ought" state of organizational education in Colleges and universities,then the study of the times situation is based on the analysis of the "actual" situation of organizational education in Colleges and universities.In the third chapter,through summing up the achievements and advantages,problems and shortcomings of organizational education in Colleges and universities,the positive and negative comparison is formed,and in the new era.Under the background,this paper analyses the opportunities and challenges of organizational education in Colleges and universities,and holds that it is an important opportunity to effectively organize and educate people from strictly governing the Party to a new normal state,establishing the ideological orientation of Building Morality and cultivating people,and actively exploring and practicing various kinds of organizational education.At the same time,unbalanced subjective consciousness,unreasonable system and mechanism,and insensitive ways and methods of educating people are the realistic challenges facing university organizations and educators at present.The third part is about the operation mechanism and development path of organizational education in colleges and universities.This part consists of two chapters: the operational mechanism of organizational education in universities and the practical path of organizational education in universities,aiming at solving the problem of how to organize and educate people in universities.Firstly,the operational mechanism of organizational education in Colleges and universities is analyzed from three aspects: efficiency generation,effect development and process operation.The formation,development,sublimation,solidification and demonstration of individual and group values in organizational groups are analyzed.At the same time,the motive force and the relationship between organizations in the process of organizational education are analyzed,in order to form a complete chain of organization,education and operation in Colleges and universities.Secondly,it elaborates the practical path of organizational education in Colleges and universities from three aspects: organizational capacity building,innovation expansion and integration enhancement.Through strengthening organizational leadership,improving organizational system,enriching organizational culture,building strong organizational team and other measures to improve the self-construction of various organizations,thereby enhancing organizational capacity of organizational education;Measures such as tolerance innovation and form innovation excavate the educational ideas,resources and forms of various organizations in Colleges and universities,thus expanding the innovative ability of organizational education.Measures such as platform integration,carrier integration and personnel integration are adopted to enhance the integration ability of organizational education,aiming at integrating all kinds of organizational construction and educational work in Colleges and universities organically and forming all kinds under the unified leadership of Party organizations.Organizations play the main role of educating people and form a vivid situation of educating people with joint efforts.
