Research On The Quality Improvement Of Organizational Education In Colleges And Universities

Organizational education is an important part in the ideological and political work of the Communist Party of China.The Party has utilized various organizations such as the party and the league to conduct political and ideological education in the long-term revolution,construction and reform,which has accumulated valuable experience and formed the organizational superiority and the political superiority of China's ideological work.After the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the ideological and political work in colleges and universities;it also has attached much importance to organizing and educating people,therefore,formed a series of significant new idea,new thought and new viewpoint.The central government and relevant departments have also issued a series of policy documents to highlight and advocate ideological and political work(including organizational education work).Colleges and universities have made further study of the ideological and political work,the ecological environment for organizational education has been continuously optimized,and the quality of education has been gradually enhanced.At the same time,it's necessary to notice that with the social development,the quality improvement of organizational education in colleges and universities are also faced with many problems to be handled urgently.Only by fully adapting to the requirements of the new era and coping with the problems,can we guarantee the improvement of ideological and political work and the quality of organizational education in colleges and universities.In this sense,organizational education is crucial to the direction of socialist education and the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.In the new era,how to deal with the challenges brought by international and domestic environmental changes to the ideological and political work in colleges and universities?How to firmly maintain the correct political orientation of running a higher institution?How to train the builders and successors of socialist cause who"listen to the party and follow the party"and develop morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and laboriously in an all-round way?It is an unavoidable realistic task for the ideological and political work of colleges and universities in China,and it is also the era responsibility for the organizational education of colleges and universities.Organizational education in colleges and universities is not only a theoretical problem,but also a practical problem.Guided by the relevant Marxist theories,this thesis takes "Theoretical interpretation-Historical Investigation-Realistic Examination-System construction-Strategy formulation" as the basic research thread,through explaining the theoretical implication of organizational education in colleges and universities,provides theoretical basis for analyzing the practical difficulties of organizational education;through empirical research,profound analysis of the problems faced by organizational education in colleges and universities,the internal relationship between various organizations and the growth of college students is explored,further to grasp the rules and values of organizational education;the methods of solving practical problems are also explored by using systematic thinking and "new development concept",and the quality improvement system of organizational education is constructed around the ideas and methods of overall construction and classification promotion.This thesis starts with the concept of organization,analyzes the internal relationship between organization and education,and interprets the implication and mechanism of organizational education.Organization is a social group with definite structure and function formed by certain members according to certain ways in order to achieve specific common goals and promote the ideological development of members.The target value of organization and education is consistent.The aim of organization is to educate people,so are the carrier and content of organization.They are interdependent,interactive and dialectically integrated into the process of ideological and political education.Organizational education means that an organization implements ideological education and guidance to its members through its articles of association,organizational system,culture and activities,so as to boost unity,cooperation and mutual promotion among its members,so as to achieve the established goals of the organization and accelerate the development of its members'ideological quality and political awareness.The main types of organizational education in colleges and universities include Party organization education,mass organization education,student organization education,administrative organization education and new organization education,which play the functions of political and ideological guidance,core value direction,daily behavior norms,quality and capacity improvement,cultural inheritance and innovation,and key talents training.In the new era,the organizational education of colleges and universities is a considerable content of realizing the goal of "Establishing Morality and cultivating people",it is also the basic requirement to promote the intrinsic development of colleges and universities,and the basic project to construct the modern university administrative system.After that,the work of organizational education in colleges and universities in China has gone through three stages:the initial development period of organizational education(1949-1978),the overall development period of organizational education(1978-2012),and the quality improvement of organizational education(2012-),meanwhile bearing the following fruits:adhering to the guiding ideology of the party as the practice guideline,ensuring the scientific development of organizational education in colleges and universities;staying the party's organizational education steadfastly to promote the development of other organizations,solidifying the political development direction of organizational education in colleges and universities;sticking to the implementation of the fundamental task of talent training in colleges and universities to guarantee the development objectives.Through the questionnaire survey of 976 students in 9 universities,such as Yunnan University and Central China Normal University,and the data analysis of the individual interviews of 54 teachers,the leading goal of organizational education in colleges and universities in China is definite,the coverage of organizational education is expanding,the standardization of organizational education is strengthening,and the effectiveness of organizational education is improving;however the main problems in this field are as follows:the leadership of Party organizations in colleges and universities needs to be further elevated,the functions of ideological education of various organizations in colleges and universities need to be further reinforced,the role of various organizations in talent training needs to be further played,and the institutional building of collaborative education among various organizations in colleges and universities needs to be further deepened.The existence of these problems is the main obstacle affecting the improvement of the quality of organizational education in colleges and universities.In the new era,it is essential to behave in accordance with the following rudimentary requirements:intensifying the organization and education work in colleges and universities to consolidate the construction of all kinds of organizations,firming up the education responsibilities of all kinds of organizations,expanding the coverage of all kinds of organizations and upholding the education and guidance capacity of all kinds of organizations;persisting in the basic doctrine of politics,scientific,regularity and coordination;systematically constructing the quality improvement system of organizational education in colleges and universities which Party committee commands the overall situation,uniting internal and external forces to work together,and making all parties safeguard norm appropriately.According to the new requirements of educational work in colleges and universities in the new era,it is obligatory to seek effective measures to enhance the quality of educational work in line with different types of organizations and the characteristics of educational work.Ultimately,it might be fruitful to boost the quality of Party organization education in colleges and universities by raising the organizational power,to lift the quality of Communist Youth League organization education in colleges and universities by strengthening the ideological and political guidance,to improve the quality of college students' association and education by raising their service ability,to improve the quality of administrative organization education in colleges and universities by releasing organizational vitality,and to heighten the quality of new organization education in colleges and universities by sticking to the organizational development standards.
