Research On The Construction And Promotion Strategy Of Community Smart Sports Service System In Anhui Province

Community sports directly face the community residents,with the characteristics of a wide range of beneficiary groups,large demand,diversified fitness methods,etc.,bearing the mission of strengthening physique,preventing chronic diseases,and enriching public spiritual culture.It is of great significance to innovate the theory and technical method of community sports service,improve the ability of community sports governance and the efficiency of sports service management,to promote the deep integration of national fitness and national health,and to realize the transformation and upgrading of national fitness.This study actively meets a series of requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on national fitness and healthy China,aims to improve the intelligence and modernization of community sports services,explores the coupling application of Internet,Internet of things,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other modern information technologies in community sports governance and services,and strives to form accurate,convenient and effective modern community intelligence Hui sports service system.In this study,Anhui community sports,which is located in the middle of the country,is chosen as the research object.Supported by the theories of sports,sociology,management,information science and other disciplines,the necessity and feasibility of carrying out community intelligent sports work are analyzed in depth by using literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods On the basis of this,the research on community intelligent sports is carried out around the three themes of "system framework,application mode and promotion strategy".The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The core connotation of community intelligent sports service is to adhere to the people-centered development concept,make full use of the Internet,Internet of things,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other modern information technology,effectively integrate and allocate all kinds of sports service resources in the community,build management information,service intelligence and operation The high-efficient comprehensive information platform optimizes the governance and service of community sports service,and enhances the initiative,creativity,scientificity and accuracy of community sports service.(2)This paper analyzes the practical cases of intelligent sports in developed areas of China,sums up the experience of intelligent sports in developed areas.The main development path of community intelligent sports is to build intelligent sports management system,intelligent sports center,intelligent sports guidance system,etc.,to break the island of information and improve the efficiency of community service;to establish a governance mechanism of multi department linkage and coordination,to break the administrative department In addition,effective policies and measures should be introduced to widely absorb the participation of social organizations,promote mass sports consumption and vigorously cultivate community sports industry.(3)Aiming at the quantitative evaluation of community sports service ability in Anhui Province,the evaluation index system is constructed,covering six dimensions:sports facilities,fitness guidance,sports activities,sports management,health promotion and information publicity.Using this index system,this paper analyzes the main problems and shortcomings faced by the supply of community sports services in Anhui Province,including unreasonable layout of venues and facilities,lack of scientific fitness guidance personnel,weak radiation ability of sports activities,low efficiency of community sports management,lack of normalization of sports promotion and health services,and low influence of community information publicity.Through the imbalance between service supply and public demand,and the mismatch between demand and satisfaction,this paper expounds the necessity of building the community intelligent sports service system in Anhui Province.Based on the analysis of policy support,social needs,technical support,experience reference and early foundation,it is considered that it is feasible for Anhui Province to carry out community intelligent sports.(4)Guided by the needs of community sports governance and service,combined with the general design rules of intelligent information system,the overall structure of Anhui Province community intelligent sports service system is designed from the aspects of construction objectives,construction principles,construction ideas,technical support,platform design,operation management,benefit evaluation,etc.It mainly includes open,interconnected,accurate and convenient system construction principles,system physical network architecture based on ISO basic network protocol,main service function module aiming at the rigid demand of the public,big data center for community sports performance evaluation and government decision support,etc.(5)Guided by the results of this study,the construction of the intelligent sports service system in Luyang District,Hefei City,Anhui Province,relying on the system to effectively integrate the medical team and scientific fitness guidance team of the community,carried out a one-year pilot application of the integration of sports and medicine for the people with hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes and other groups,and achieved significant health benefits,preliminarily verified the intelligent sports service designed in this paper The rationality and feasibility of the system.(6)Around the difficult problems of community sports,such as the construction of management system,the cultivation of sports industry and the cultivation of sports talents,this paper puts forward the promotion strategy of community intelligent sports service from the aspects of goal setting,key tasks and safeguard measures,and raises the effective experience and practice explored in practice to the system and standard,trying to build a "information technology and management
