Construction Of Jiangsu Province City Community Sports Service System

There are three main targets about this investigation:(l) evaluating the history, present condition and problem of mass sports in the communities of Jiangsu province, and giving the basic judgment to the exterior environment (the progress of urbalization and city economy developments) of constructing service system of mass sport;(2) launching the analysis to the difficult problem of the Service System of Mass-sport in City Community(SSMCC) of Jiangsu province, and putting forward the basic way of thinking;(3) putting forward the leading thought, total target and system frame on the SSMCC of Jiangsu province, and putting forward the policy suggestion to the operating mechanism of SSMCC.This research analyzes the exterior environment of SSMCC from the urbalization of Jiangsu province. According to the duality of nation with society, non-profit organization and volunteer should be used in a large quantity. Service work of mass sport in communities should not be completed by government alone.lt should be shared by enterprises and social organizations.The SSMCC of Jiangsu province can be divided into the market system and public system..Public system is the foundation of SSMCC, and it is the public-spirited system providing leisure and keep-fit to public;The business exercising places are an important part of the SSMCC, and the public can use the currency to purchase the leisure or do exercise to keep fit from the market system.The research also sets up information network system of SSMCC selecting the district bureau of mass sport as a node, the bureaus are an important part linking government with public system and market system.
