Study On Construction Of The City Community Sports Multi-service System In Huhhot

The community sports is the key of the city sports in the four focus on sports work at the new era. Therefore, it's very important to develop the city community sports. Huhhot as a less developed city in China, the community sports development is still in initial stage. The articles about research on Huhhot city community sports are very few. So this study can promote the construction of the city community sports multi-service system in Huhhot.In this study, Huhhot city community sports service system as the research object, and it selects the sports bureau in Huhhot, the district style council, the district neighborhood offices, community neighborhood cadres, and the general community residents to investigate. It uses literature data, questionnaires, interviews and other methods to study the status of Huhhot community sports service; the needs of the majority of community residents to the community sports multiple service system. On this base, it constructs the city community sports multiple service system in Huhhot .The strength of Huhhot economics, the building of the harmonious society and the development of culture and education are all provided a favorable external environment for construction of the city community sports multiple service system in Huhoot. The overall service level of Huhhot city community sports development is not high. The main problems have: the communication of information between the Huhhot community sports management departments at all levels and residents is poor; community sports activities do not reflect the content of minority characteristics of Huhhot. People do not understand the community sports clearly, and the ideas are outdated. The"people first, convenience, ridout out"principle should be reflected in the construction of the Huhhot community sports multiple service system. Based on the six elements of community sports, the element of the Huhhot city community sports multiple service system includes: community sports organization and management services, facility services, funds services , information services, guidance and personnel services and activity services. It's also including the support system and security system. The tactics are: strengthen leadership and changed the idea of community sports; speeding up the construction of the community sports facilities and combination the sports facilities of schools, communities, enterprises; integration of the various sports talent with community sports; speeding up the process to the exploition and collection of the Huhhot minority sports.
