Kindergarten is an integral part of society. Teaching activity is part of thecommunity. The discourse power of teachers has natural sociological nature. In thisspecial kindergarten field, against to subjectivity teachers and children, the discoursepower of kindergarten teachers also has its own operation. Based on the explanationof the meaning, sources and categories of kindergarten teachers’ discourse power, weanalyze the operation of kindergarten teachers’ discourse power by sociology, withthe methods such as analysis of literature, observation, interviews, and analysis ofcases, etc. Then at the basis of theory outline and realistic analysis, it puts forwardssome suggestions which are to promote the good operation of kindergarten teachers’discourse power, in order to raise awareness of the importance of teachers’ discoursepower in kindergarten teaching, to further enrich and develop the theoretical researchabout kindergarten education, raise the consciousness of kindergarten teachers’discourse, and to provide more effective services for kindergarten teaching.The whole dissertation consists of five parts.Part one is an introduction, which deals with the questions we ask, the relevantdefinition of the concept, research significance, research status at home and abroad,the methods and ideas of this research. It founds that the current study of kindergartenteachers’ discourse power is relatively scarce by the material in our hands.Part two is clarification of the comprehension to kindergarten teachers’ discoursepower. Based on the sources and categories of kindergarten teachers’ discourse power,we attempt to analyze the meaning of kindergarten teachers’ discourse power.Educational system, education tradition and individual teacher endow the teacherswith teachers’ discourse power. kindergarten teachers’ discourse power is made up ofannotated discourse power, normative discourse power and evaluative discoursepower.Part three is the construction of the theory outline of this research. Based on thesociological analysis of the operation to annotated discourse power, normativediscourse power and evaluative discourse power, we make clear the operation ofkindergarten teachers’ discourse power. Summarize its features as a whole system,including subjectivity, generation, relation, inclines and restriction, etc. Part four is the analysis of particularity kindergarten teachers’ discourse power.Combining with realistic analysis, we explain the appropriateness of the theory.Part five is conclusion. At the basis of theory outline and realistic analysis, it putsforwards some suggestions which are to promote the good operation of kindergartenteachers’ discourse power. Endow the teachers with more extensive participationpower, try to balance the discourse power between teachers and children, deal withthe relationship between the course book and the teachers appropriately and improvethe skills and ability of kindergarten teachers’ discourse.
