With the development of economic globalization, the international politicalpower struggle between the increasingly fierce struggle has gradually expanded itsscope. The fierce struggle is not only among military strength, economic strength andother traditional hard power resources, but also among values, socio-cultural andother soft power resources. Competition for international voice and legitimacy hasbeen placed in an important position worldwide both in hard power and soft power. Inthe sports field, Chinese sports aspirations for international sports discourse hasbecome increasingly urgent. The level of Chinese athletic sports has made a greatprogress, but the speak right of Chinese sports doesn’t match the current strength ofthe Chinese sports due to the status of China in the world. Methods on literature,history, law, system science, logic analysis and other research methods are used inthe paper. Based on multidisciplinary theory, an empirical point of view suitable forChinese sports to compete for international discourse is tried to find by studyingChinese sports discourse strategy game, combing early data, summarize andanalyzing. It’s pointed out that the dilemma of Chinese sports competition for theright to speak, the roots of dilemma and difficulties of right to speak arising from it.Through diplomacy, cultural sociology, journalism, philosophy and other disciplinesrelevant theoretical mathematical analysis, interdisciplinary theoretical foundation isused to explore the policy strategy to promote Chinese sports.The results showedthat:(1)China international discourse sport still missing, does not match with theChinese sports strength;(2) Chinese sport long since practiced behind closed doors,external communication is not enough, and the lack of external communication skills;(3)Chinese sports discourse is missing, there are Chinese sports its own factors, butalso deter foreign factors;(4) China sports in international sports organizations, thelack of a central figure (;5)Chinese sports persons affected by the Chinese traditionalculture, competing consciousness is weak(;6)Modern sports originated in the West,China did not participate in the rulemaking;(7)The development of China too hardpower, soft power late start;(8)"west than in the east " effect. For the aboveconclusions. Made the following recommendations:(1) China Sports to use their own words to locate their international identity, rather than being positioned to speakof other countries;(2)To strengthen international cooperation in Chinese sports,optimize distribution channels;(3)Enhance the Chinese sports discourse reductioncapability, and resolutely resist the foreign media on China sports maliciousdistortions. Foreign create a favorable environment for Chinese sports internationalvoice competition;(4)Enhance internal strength. Continue to enhance the overallstrength of China’s sports to improve the overall quality of Chinese sports persons;(5)Vigorously promote China ’s traditional culture, so that more Westerners toaccept worship Chinese culture;(6)The development of basic humanities and socialsciences, to build with Chinese characteristics, the international influence ofacademic concepts and words;(7) Enhanced Chinese sports discourse, thedevelopment of cultural soft power, the integration of sports diplomacy. Nationalleaders in the event of Chinese sports competition for international voice has animportant role;(8)At the same time adhere to hard power development, to developsoft power;(9)All fields in the competition for the right to speak and efforts to learnfrom the successful experience of other areas.Finally, before the Beijing Olympic Games successfully resolved the question offoreign and national crisis medal game and the highest leaders of the two instancesWinter Olympics in Sochi, both domestic and international levels demonstrated byChina International rights discourse sports game strategy from the perspective ofempirical feasibility.
