Individualized education faces the development of different learners and puts stress on the development of the individual potential and advantages.Meanwhile it pays attention to students' individual differences and provides the notion named Suited Education.An important prerequisite carried out in class-teaching is to identify and discover the learners' personal characteristics.The learners' differences are displayed in cognition,behaviors,abilities,etc.Traditional educational diagnoses the differences by examining the learning result of the tasks.There lie some problems,such as terrible timeliness and unitary dimension.The difference intervention based on the examination results has a lack of pertinence on students to both study in coordination and the development of problem-solving ability.In recent years,study analysis in education field has been applying from integration to improvement and then to large-scale influence.The core has been shifting to improving the effect of teaching and learning.The collaborative learning and the multidimensional evaluation of the problem-solving ability have been realized by the process-observing,problem-diagnosing and result-predicting.On the basis of both the thinking of practical dilemma and the inspection of learning analysis application,this study considers that learning analysis provides a new idea for improving the intervention performance of differentiated instruction and hastening the development of students' abilities.Owing to this,the study centered on the topic of differentiated instruction intervention supported by learning analysis has explored the following aspects.The first is difference-diagnosing which is how to use learning analysis to differentially diagnose learners and to discover learners' learning styles and differences in ability.The second is intervention mechanism and intervention design which is what differential instruction intervention mechanism based on learning analysis is and concrete intervention elements and how to design intervention strategies according to intervention elements.The third is intervention application which is how to use intervention strategies to improve learners' performance and abilities.In order to solve the problems above,this study utilizes questionnaires,behavior analysis,quasi-experimental study and so on to research,including:1.Determining intervention target groups and intervention elements.The students'learning style characteristic differences are diagnosed according to learning style scales and students' behavior data.OCCP classification model is taken as learning behavior classification basis to discover students' ability differences,which mean collaborative learning and differences in problem-solving.On the basis of both identifying learners'ability differences and qualitative research,the essential reason of learners' differences is discovered via deeply interviewing students participating in collaborative learning tasks and then the target groups of intervention and intervention elements are identified.2.Building differentiated instruction intervention framework and intervention strategies based on learning analysis.After analyzing existed learning analysis model,this study refers to learning analysis process proposed by Siemens and meanwhile uses the research results of learning behavior analysis and precise teaching as reference to build differentiated instruction intervention framework based on learning analysis.The intervention framework mainly includes the three core contents:intervention objects,intervention elements and intervention mechanism.The intervention objects are the intervention target group determined according to behavior performance.The intervention elements are target tasks,learning tasks,learning activities,learning assessment and resource tools determined according to the connotation of differentiated instruction and the qualitative interviews to students.This study also builds diagnosis-design-recommendation intervention mechanism aimed at individual learners'behaviors,resources and tools.At the same time,this study determines the differentiated target plan through diagnosing and clarifying students' learning styles characteristics,behavior characteristics and ability differences.What's more,this study intervenes students' learning behaviors and abilities by designing tasks,activities and assessments,and makes personalized recommendations of resources and tools by understanding students' learning style.With the help of this intervention framework,this study designed the differentiated instruction intervention strategies combined with qualitative interviews.3.According to the differentiated instruction intervention,the empirical research was carried out and the effect was verified.This study carried out differentiated instruction intervention for one term relying on both Computer Network,a course of M University designed for the major named Information Technology and online learning platform.The study analyzed the intervention effects through the data of students'learning behaviors,learning grades,works' grades,interactive behavior observation in class,learning abilities,etc.The results of data analysis show that the intervention strategies designed according to intervention are capable of significantly advancing learners' learning performance from some aspects,such as cognition,behavior,ability(collaborative learning and problem-solving),etc.Two innovations of this study are as followed.One is the innovation of research perspective,which applies learning analysis to the differentiated instruction intervention to promote the development of students' abilities.The other is the innovation of contents,which explores differentiated instruction intervention mechanism and strategies on account of learning analysis.The learners were precisely diagnosed,multi-dimensionally followed up and efficiently intervened by means of making good use of learning analysis to diagnose and analyze learners' characteristics.
