Research On The Contemporary University Students’ Identity Of Socialist Core Values

Cultivating and practicing the socialist core values is an important guarantee for the strategic task of constructing the Chinese socialism. For the identification and cultivation of contemporary university students’ socialist core values is not only the socialist core values is our national spirit and national value demand, but also the current ideological and political education is facing the complex environment needs.Social identity and socialist core values are closely related which could supplement each other. The core values of socialism itself has recognized the need, first of all, it is proposed to be used for most people and an entire nation can identity as the premise, the socialist core values essence is a kind of value concept, value conception as the standard need to be recognized, on the other hand it has been accepted by most of the people. Social identity is the individual realizes that he belongs to a specific social group, and also recognizes as a member of the community to his feelings and value. Social identity itself is a person of social identity of a process, socialist core value concept of identity in the process of social identity, socialist core values as an important part of the supporting system of social identity system of social meaning, but also supports of social identity. In the course of the development of the United States, the social identity and the core values are closely integrated and the interaction is the important impetus for the development of the country. The perfection of social identification can promote the core values, while the core values of the identity can promote social recognition and deepen the development, and jointly promote the orderly and healthy development of society.Based on the analysis of domestic and international identity and core values of research and combing the basic concept, the research focuses on the use of social investigation, through a questionnaire survey to collect data, to grasp the ideological status of the contemporary university students, to start from three aspects about the personal view on value, their views on national identity, social identity. By further analysis of deep-seated reasons behind the identity status, the deep influences mainly come from social transformation of the core values and social significance of the system of social identity in low fit, the students themselves, the insufficient poor in school education, the influence of western culture and values. The research starts from the perspective of social identity theory, puts forward the principles and ways of cultivating core values of contemporary university students. It mainly includes: establishing a scientific education concept, setting a solid foundation for social identity through the comprehensive development of a reasonable and balanced consolidation, promoting the comprehensive effect in students, University, family, network environment and multimedia platform in the pluralism background.
