Quality and equilibrium are important to education,just as efficiency and equity are important to markets.Education quality is an important indicator to measure the development level of education and plays an important role in promoting the development of economy,society,culture,science and technology.Education equilibrium is the kernel of realizing education fairness,which has far-reaching practical significance for promoting the scientific development of education and improving the comprehensive quality of the whole people.Compulsory education is the most fundamental link in the education system of our country,which determines the baseline of comprehensive quality of the whole people.It should emphasize balanced development more than any education stage.High-quality balance has become the overall goal of compulsory education development of China at this stage.Different from the previous concept of education equilibrium,which emphasizes the fairness of starting point or process,this paper proposes the concept of education "quality equilibrium" to highlight the importance of outcome equality in compulsory education.The three basic characteristics of compulsory,universal and free education determine the fair application of education results and only apply to the stage of compulsory education.The premise of measurable quality equilibrium of compulsory education is that the quality of compulsory education can be accurately measured.This paper is entitled "research on the measurement and influence mechanism of the quality equilibrium of compulsory education",aiming at exploring a complete set of indicator system and measurement methods,and providing quantitative measurement tools for the quality and quality equilibrium of compulsory education.On this basis,this paper studies and explores the influence mechanism of quality equilibrium of compulsory education,points out the direction and path for the management of compulsory education,and provides strategic methods for the realization of quality equilibrium of compulsory education.In order to measure the compulsory education mass equilibrium,this paper studies the education quality measurement method at home and abroad,combines the product and service quality theory,education management and evaluation theory,probability statistics,economy and other related theories,integrates the international advanced education concept,constructs the quality evaluation index system of compulsory education,and comprehensively calculates the quality of compulsory education.Then,through method comparison and empirical data characteristics,a functional data analysis method(FDA)was proposed to analyze and measure education quality equilibrium.In order to further explore the quality of compulsory education and quality balanced mechanism,the influence of the paper on the basis of fully combing the existing literature,to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of education quality equilibrium.Then,to combine empirical analysis school,school district balanced degree analysis,possible N < P realistic consideration,choose adaptive LASSO quantile regression method to influence factors such as variable selection and statistical tests.Finally,an empirical study was conducted on the compulsory education in haidian district of Beijing to verify the applicability of the method and provide a practical basis for the promotion of high-quality balance of compulsory education in haidian district.The main contributions and innovations of this paper are as follows :(1)From the perspective of equilibrium,the indicator system and measurement model of education quality evaluation of obligations are constructed.Take " high moral values establishment and people cultivation" as a starting point,goal decomposition based on national conditions,in line with the international as the basic principles,consulting and fusion PISA,Chinese students core literacy education authority quality testing tools,build a set of oriented quality balanced measure compulsory education quality evaluation index system and measure model,lay a foundation for the quality of compulsory education balanced measure.(2)Based on the FDA method,the compulsory education quality equilibrium measurement model was established.In order to reduce the information loss,the measurement model was built based on FDA method,and the statistical value V with theoretical threshold was constructed based on the FDA distribution difference test method of two samples.It was used to reflect the quality equilibrium degree of compulsory education,and the empirical analysis was conducted based on the survey data of compulsory education in haidian district.(3)The influencing factors and mechanism of education mass equilibrium were revealed.From the perspective of students themselves,family education,school education,through the adaptive Lasso quantile regression,Lasso regression and functional data t test method,the quantitative analysis,haidian district,the influence factors of quality of compulsory education balanced degree and mechanism of action,to promote the balanced development of the compulsory education of high quality to provide effective tools and reference.
