tools are used,such as literature,brainstorming,electronic Delphi,mathematical modeling,mathematical statistics,content analysis.Taking “the construction and application of the evaluation index system of attack and defense performance level of the world's excellent Handball Teams” as the research object.This paper explores and analyzes from the following four aspects: the selection of evaluation index of attack and defense performance level of world excellent handball team,the construction of evaluation model of attack and defense performance level,the development of evaluation index system of attack and defense performance and the application of evaluation system of attack and defense performance.Its purpose is to construct the evaluation index system of handball team's attack and defense performance level,and then develop the cloud wechat program of timely diagnosis system,so as to provide real-time and comprehensive diagnosis for handball team's technical and tactical training.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Driven by the real game data,this paper constructs a five order equivalent structure model of attack and defense performance evaluation of world excellent Handball Teams.The model integrates the attack and defense performance of players and the save performance of goalkeepers,quantifies the internal structural characteristics between the attack and defense performance evaluation indexes of world elite men's and women's handball teams.At the same time,the model reveals that the level of attack and defense performance of players and the high degree of cooperation between players and goalkeepers are the main characteristics of the world's excellent Handball Teams.2.Based on the verification of the five order equivalent structure model of the attack and defense performance level of the world's excellent handball teams,the evaluation index system of the attack and defense performance level of the world excellent men's and women's handball teams is developed.The system consists of 2first level indicators,4 second level indicators,12 third level indicators and 35 fourth level indicators,and the biggest breakthrough of the system
