| At present,with the vigorous development of modern handball in China,it requires more and more stringent physical fitness and functional level of athletes.Scientific and reasonable daily training arrangements and excellent functional level are the basis and guarantee for athletes to achieve ideal results in competitions.If the training load arrangement is insufficient,it can not stimulate the body effectively,which leads to the limitation of the athletes’ sports level.Over-load arrangement will impose a greater burden on the athletes’ body,resulting in sports fatigue,making it unable to recover quickly in a short time,resulting in the limitation of the athletes’ competitive level in the competition.Therefore,whether the training plan and intensity can be adjusted scientifically and reasonably in training will directly affect the improvement of athletes’ functional level.Based on this,this study monitored the physical function of the national women’s handball team during the preparation for the 2017 World Women’s Handball Championship,analyzed the adaptability of the athletes to the training plan,the relationship between the physical function status and the training load,and explored the rationality of the training plan arrangement.Tracking and feedback the training process to provide scientific and practical basis for coaches to formulate pertinent training plans,in order to help national women handball players achieve excellent results and provide theoretical reference.RESEARCH RESULTS:1.The average change range of erythrocyte is(3.62-4.31)*1012/L,the change range of hemoglobin is(119.41-143.21)g/L,the change range of erythrocyte specific volume is(36.78%-41.58%),the change range of leukocyte is(4.02-5.82)*109/L,the change range of blood urea is(3.38-5.78)mmol/L,the change range of creatine kinase is(109.33-377.10)u/L,and the change range of serum testosterone is(91.70-377.00)u/L.At(1.68-1.81)nmol/L,the range of cortisol change was(373.00-455.67)nmol/L.2.The monitoring results of the team members showed that the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin showed an overall upward trend,especially in the preparation period.In addition,the index values of red blood cell volume and white blood cells generally stabilized during this period.During the whole monitoring cycle,the index values of blood urea and serum creatine kinase were easy to fluctuate due to the training load,showing multiple frequency changes,and training before the game During this period,the blood urea and serum creatine kinase indexes of the team members showed a rapid increase.3.During the preparation period,the serum testosterone index value of the team members increased from 1.68nmol/L to 1.81nmol/L;among them,two key team members showed the phenomenon of decreasing and increasing,the index value was higher,one key team member’s serum testosterone index decreased and then increased slowly,and the monitoring value of four key team members basically kept the same level.Under the stimulation of training during the preparation period,the monitoring value of testosterone showed an overall upward performance during the adjustment period,and the cortisol showed a slower downward trend.CONCLUSION: There was no excessive fatigue in female handball players during the preparation period,and the training plan during winter training stimulated the sports fatigue of national female handball players more deeply.The number of erythrocyte and hemoglobin increased at the end of the preparation period,and the specific volume of erythrocyte was relatively stable.The number of erythrocyte,hemoglobin and specific volume of erythrocyte did not change much during the competition period after winter training,and they were in a relatively stable state.The values of blood urea and serum creatine kinase were obviously different,and the response was more sensitive,compared with training intensity and load.Serum testosterone and cortisol are also vulnerable to increase and decrease due to the influence of training intensity and load,especially in the winter training period,and when there are more physical ability training classes in the pre-war preparation stage,it is easier to have multiple frequency fluctuations. |
