The attack-intercepting cooperation is a collaborative combination of purposeful, organized smashing and intercepting techniques adopted by two athletes to achieve scoring purposes. It is a unique cooperative attack mode and important scoring method of badminton doubles, therefore,it is of great value to study the realization mechanism and performance law of attack-intercepting cooperation, which is of great value to enrich the training theory and competitive level of badminton doubles in China. This paper uses expert interviews,questionnaires,literature,single-eye 3D data collection method and experimental method, taking the world's top eight high-level female double athletes as a research sample, taking the women's double athletes of provincial and municipal professional teams as the experimental subjects,to explore the impact of the attack-intercepting cooperation on the success of the women's doubles competition, analysis of its influence factors and its performance law, pointed out the relationship between China's women's double attack-intercepting cooperation ability and competitive strength changes; This paper studies the quantitative evaluation of the ability of attack-intercepting cooperation, constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of the ability of attack-intercepting cooperation, and conducts empirical and applied research on the model from the aspects of technical diagnosis and experimental intervention.Main results: Badminton women's doubles match has the characteristics of a large number of beats,a long time,a high proportion of attack and defense, the role of attack-intercepting cooperation on women's doubles victory relative to men's doubles and mixed doubles has a greater impact;China's women's doubles attack mode is too dependent on personal ability, the attack-intercepting cooperation is obviously insufficient.Smash line and intercept site have the best matching strategy, the basic law is as follows: the probability of smashing straight line intercepting straight line is the highest;Intercept should start 180 milliseconds and 260 milliseconds to rise racket after the defensive side hits the ball, before or later than this best time, the intercepting rate and scoring rate are showing a downward trend.Quantitative assessment shows that: Chinese main women's double attack-intercepting cooperation ability is below average quality, compared with Japan and South Korea's main women's attack-intercepting cooperation, there is a big gap;The main technical shortcomings of Chinese women's double are as follows: the time of starting and rising racket is slow, the coordination strategy between the attack line and the intercept station is not good, and the proportion of attack line is not balanced.According to the diagnosis results of the Comprehensive Assessment Model of Attack intercepting Cooperation Ability, the experimental intervention results show that: 3times a week,40 minutes each time, for 3 months of attack-intercepting cooperation ability targeted intensive training, can effectively improve the provincial and municipal professional team athletes' ability of attack-intercepting cooperation, the main effect is concentrated in the easy-attack intercept score rate,hard-attack intercept score rate and occurrence rate did not change significantly.Comparing 2groups of athletes, the training benefit was the lowest in 3 groups, but not only did not have a positive effect, most of the indicators showed a decline in characteristics.Main Conclusion: Insufficient ability to attack and intercept is the main technical reason to limit the further improvement of the level of Chinese women's doubles competition. The attack-intercepting cooperation is a complex process of multi-factor interaction, and its implementation mechanism is mainly based on two coordination processes, and under the coordination of several independent elements, the process of attack-intercepting cooperation is completed together. The intercept is the soul of the attack-intercepting cooperation, and the two elements of the intercepting start and the rising racket are the core elements that affect the effect of the attack-intercepting cooperation.Through the technical diagnosis and analysis of outstanding athletes and experimental intervention research, the validity of the Comprehensive Assessment Model of Attack and Intercepting Cooperation Capability is verified, and the evaluation method and diagnostic criteria of the model can be applied to training practice.Main recommendations: It is suggested that china's main women's doubles preparation for the Tokyo Olympic Games should focus on strengthening the technical training of attack-intercepting cooperation, and improving measures include:strengthening the time to intercept and the time to rise racket, improving the proportion distribution of offensive lines, adjusting the cooperation strategy of the offensive line and intercepting position, etc. It is suggested that high-level sports teams, including provincial and municipal professional teams, develop more special technical diagnostic methods similar to the Comprehensive Assessment Model of Attack and Intercepting Cooperation Capability, and better implement the three basic links of active training: technical diagnosis, targeted training plan, and quantitative feedback on training results. It is suggested to carry out empirical research on the negative effects of training,"no quantitative diagnosis,no quantitative feedback",which is likely to be an important cause of "ineffective training" and even lead to "negative effects" of training.Academics should attach great importance to the study of negative effects of training and make in-depth discussions on specific improvement measures.
