Education evaluation is related to the formulation and implementation of education policies.The evaluation of school physical education is one of the basic measures to summarize and improve school physical education,and is also the basic guarantee for the smooth realization of school physical education goals.Combined with the practical needs of physical education evaluation and the technical basis of wearable equipment technology,this study constructed the evaluation system of junior high school physical education based on wearable devices,and carried out application exploration,and verified the feasibility of universal civilian equipment replacing scientific research equipment.On the one hand,it provides a cheap and objective method for physical education evaluation,on the other hand,it provides theoretical basis and practical experience for promoting the combination of modern science and technology and curriculum evaluation.The results are as followsOn the basis of measurement theory and education evaluation theory,this paper summarizes the relevant data of physical education evaluation and wearable device application by using the method of literature review,and establishes the evaluation index pool of physical education class based on the theory of measurement and education evaluation,and constructs the evaluation system of junior middle school physical education based on wearable equipment with Delphi method,and measures228.5% of Shanghai junior middle school students In physical education class,the collected data were analyzed by mathematical statistics method to determine the weight of each index of the evaluation system,and the reliability and validity of the evaluation system were verified by factor analysis.At the same time,the feasibility of using the questionnaire to test and verify the feasibility of using the questionnaire to test the reliability of the hand ring in the popularization of sports equipment.After many rounds of qualitative and quantitative argumentation and expert consultation,this study constructs and improves the evaluation system of junior high school physical education based on wearable devices.The system includes two dimensions "teacher teaching" and "student learning",and each of the two dimensions contains 19 secondary indicators and measurement points.The system includes many new or objective indexes,such as "MVPA proportion" and "heart rate index",which reduces the proportion of subjective indicators in the previous evaluation system,and improves the objectivity and integrity of the evaluation system of physical education.Factor analysis was used to verify the evaluation system of junior high school physical education based on wearable devices.It was confirmed that the evaluation system was highly consistent with the actual data,and the system constructed had good reliability and validity.It is found that there is a big gap between the scores of "teacher teaching"(72.6points)and "students' learning"(62.0 points).Even if the physical education teachers in all aspects of good performance,but students often still appear in various indicators score is not high.On the one hand,it shows that the attitude and idea of students towards physical education need to be changed.On the other hand,it shows that the efficiency of transforming teachers' teaching work into teaching effect is not high,which has adverse effects on promoting students' knowledge and skills learning and promoting health benefits.This study verified the reliability and validity of the selected universal civil equipment used in physical education evaluation.It is found that the equipment has medium validity(ICC = 0.74,MAPE < 10%)in monitoring the heart rate of students in junior high school physical education class,and the evaluation and application results of the equipment are basically consistent with the results of scientific research and equipment.The equipment has the characteristics of accurate measurement,low cost,easy to wear and higher acceptance of teachers and students,so it can be considered as an alternative tool in the evaluation system of physical education.There is a certain development potential for the use of universal civil equipment in physical education evaluation,which has positive significance for the promotion of the evaluation system.The subjective evaluation method has irreplaceable advantages and can not be replaced by wearable equipment,but wearable equipment is still an effective supplement to the evaluation of physical education.With the change of social needs and the progress of evaluation technology,the evaluation system also needs to be continuously updated and evolved.With the rapid development of popular civil equipment technology,the inspection of such equipment is conducive to the promotion and application of objective evaluation system.The combination of wearable equipment and sports evaluation has broad development prospects...
